Definitely Carrie. Bo's good, but Americans buy more Country albums than they do hillbilly rockers. Sorry Bo, but no.

Posted: 5/24/05 at 10:10pmI'm thinking it was a problem with the sound people, but both singers were consistently slightly sharp the entire time. The judges said they were right on, so obviously it sounded different in person than it did on TV. Based on those performances though, I'd say that neither of them deserve to be there.

I haven't been able to get through and I've been calling pretty consistantly for an hour.
but I have 3 more hours
And yes, they are both very talented. No offense to past season contestants; but this is really the first time I think BOTH final contestants are remarkable.

PJ, what fiasco are you talking about?????? I thought they were the two best singers......sure Simon didn't like Diana because she was young and he didn't think she paid her dues or knew of the things she sang about, but I LOVED her......
I agree with you BluCat500, this season is not as good. I wish they would have shown all the bios on the contestants so we could get to know them better......

This will be the closest winner by far. Carrie will take it by a very small amount (smaller than Ruben vs Clay in Season 2). Bo is wonderful but Carrie is the definition of a star. She was breathtaking this evening!!!! This is, without a doubt, the best season ever. Scandals galore (who doesnt love a good scandal?!) and talent up the wazzoo! Unlike the past 3 years in which you could kind of tell who would be kicked off before they even performed, this year was totally different. If Mario wouldve stayed, I think he couldve won the entire thing. Im so thrilled for Carrie though. She is the American Idol no matter what the votes say!

I actually think this is the best overall season, yet to me it lacks a REAL star like Kelly Clarkson.

Posted: 5/24/05 at 11:04pmfirst off, scott savell shouldnt have even been in the top 12, let alone the top 5. anthony fedrov shouldve gotten kicked out b4 too. Naida was awsome and shouldve, Nikki and Anwar were pretty good, Constantine shoudve stayed longer, Jessica was pretty good and Vonzell rocked. i just think bowould rock out of the 2 just simply because he is amazing... he doesnt only sing, he entertains. carrie is great, but she just stands there and sings. and honestly, she does country best (dont get me wrong, i love country), but how many times do you hear country music on todays modern radio stations compared to rock like creed (Bo) GO BO GO BO GO BO GO BO!
