I like Danny, but he's really being pimped and it's turning alot of people off.
Well hopefully tonight is the last we see of Tatiana.

I swear, if Tatiana gets through (which she probably will)... I'll just loose complete faith in our culture.
Last season was amazing because they finally cut all the ridiculous drama and just kept it a straight up talent competition, but people complained because "it wasn't entertaining enough". So now the producers are just responding to that.
So if Tatiana gets through, I'm going to be p*ssed at the people who VOTED for her, not the producers for having her there.
It's just like.. this show has the ability to be soooo good when they have actual great talent on there. But if people keep doing this- voting for the worst one for the entertainment value- it IS just going to get to the point where its 100% a joke and the worst person wins. And it just makes me really frustrated that people keep WANTING that.
I'm sorry, I actually APPRECIATE talent. *glare*

^yesss
(though to be fair Taylor is actually pretty talented haha. But...I don't know. It should have been Chris and Kat in that finale. Taylor is fun, but he needs to be in Las Vegas or something. I consider him more an entertainer than a music/recording artist)

re: AMERICAN IDOL#335
Posted: 2/17/09 at 8:05pmWe may as well start commenting, lol. I'm not wild about this first girl at all.
re: AMERICAN IDOL#336
Posted: 2/17/09 at 8:08pmNeither am I, Jane. She's a little too much personality for me. I have to agree with Simon on that one!

Wow, she didn't sound good at all. What was that outfit? Good lord.
Are all 12 people performing tonight? There's no way that will fit into an hour.

*cringe* at the first girl...
re: AMERICAN IDOL#339
Posted: 2/17/09 at 8:11pmSimon says what I'm thinking so often-I hated the way she moved around the stage, and I hated her outfit. It's a two hour show tonight!
re: AMERICAN IDOL#341
Posted: 2/17/09 at 8:13pmOops, I thought it was an hour. My listings said 8-9 PM. That makes more sense.

re: AMERICAN IDOL#346
Posted: 2/17/09 at 8:18pmYeah they are! He has a pretty voice, but it's a little screechy and he really doesn't have much charisma. This better pick up soon.
