no, tell it to the purged voter records in florida 2000 (courtesy of katharine harris, bush election team member) and the false electronic votes courtesy of Diebold (Proud Bush Sponsor) in swing states, most notably Ohio 2004.
40 million votes recorded by Diebold machines with NO paper trail.

In the late 1300s and early 1400s, a series of voting irregularities resulted in the Catholic Church having 3 popes simulatineously, each one elected by a conclave of cardinals claiming authority: All three ultimately stepped down and at least two of them came to be recognized as False Popes.
In time, George W. Bush will come to be known as the first "False President" in the history of the United States.
Students will study how "activist judges" awarded the first election to him illegitimately, and history teachers will make jokes about the period when American elections could be falsified with a simple computer code that even a junior high school student could crack! ("Imagine that! They trusted a computer with no corroborating record! No, really! They DID!")
Annual memorials will be held for the American serivcemen and -women who died in the illegal war conducted by the False President, and honor will be paid to those still alive who came back maimed or scarred, physically or psychologically. The unnecessary loss of Iraqi life will be cited as the singlemost reason the United States lost its reputation as the guardian of peace and liberty around the world.
The easiest question on history exams will be "How did the False President's so-called War on Terror backfire and end up increasing the virulence of anti-American terrorism?"
It will be a short-answer question, not even an essay.
