I'm really disappointed that the brothers made it to the finals. I guess I'll be rooting for Megan & Cheyne, although it would be a nice surprise if Ericka & Brian won. I was surprised the Rabbis let the brothers go through, since their idol had a broken arm.

I'm not a fan of any of these teams, but am glad the Gts went home. I feel like they were as sneaky as anyone else, but just didnt own up to it. At least the brothers are playing the game and admitting it. The Gts gave up...no respect for that.

Each of the remaining women have attitude problems and freak out way too easily. Shut up and carry the damn beer!!

I don't like Erica at all, but her husband is ok.

The one brother was annoying the crap outta me last night with his whining.

I was ok with the brothers until last week with the cab. I really wanted them to get eliminated last night. I was rooting for the GTs to win. Sorry to see them go.

And the whiny one was the older brother! (They're only 21 and 23- crazy!) I was glad to see the Globetrotters go, but disappointed to see that Big Easy couldn't figure out the word puzzle. I mean, there are only so many options, and once Dan (I think) gave him the hint (a douche move), that greatly narrowed his choices. If you've already been there for 2.5 hours, how could taking the 4hr penalty be beneficial in any way? That was so disappointing. It would have taken him less than 4 hours to figure out the remaining options (hopefully).

I find Ericka annoying, but I suppose out of the remaining teams I'm rooting for Meghan and Cheyne -> Brian and Ericka -> Sam and Dan.

What was the last road block Cheyne did?

Yeah, I understand he must have been frustrated but you're right. There are only so many options and he should definitely have figured it out before 4 more hours.

Last night proved it that Sam & Dan are rude people. All the do is yell, whine, and cuss at each other. The Globetrotters were the only likable team, but what they did last night was ridiculous. Zev & Justin were also a team that should've staye dlonger. This has been my least favorite season next to the Family Edition. At least the Family Edition had people you could like.

I'm glad the GT's were eliminated. I simply can't stand quitters, which is exactly what they are.

Also, they can complain about Dan leaving them to figure out the clue as much as they want. We all know damn well, based on their previous actions, they'd have done the EXACT same thing, but probably wouldn't even have given him the first letter. They're just more charming about it. The brothers taking a cab didn't bother me, either...it's not against any of the rules of the Race, therefore it's not "dirty" or "cheating." At least they're playing the game.

That being said, I expect a very predictable finale where Megan and Cheyne will win the money. They're very boring to watch, because they're just so efficient.

This was the second week in a row, by the way, where once they left the Pit Stop, Megan and Cheyne did not encounter any other teams. That's how far ahead they are.

You have no idea what the GT would have done. But, they quit and deserved to be out of the game.

The GT rub some people the wrong way, and not others. Clearly, they rubbed you the wrong way.

Well, the GTs certainly had a different moral stance when they exploited whatsername's fear of the water slide to their own advantage. I didn't necessarily have a problem with their doing it, but they did rub me the wrong way when they started calling out the brothers on their behavior and used them as scapegoats for their own inadequacies. And then they take a 4-hour penalty because one of them gives up on unscrambling a 5-letter word AFTER the tall brother (Dan? I can never remember) gives them the first letter.

And though the brothers bicker and whine annoyingly (though they don't hold a candle to Jonathan/Victoria), they have found a way to make their dysfunctional form of communication and strategic style functional enough as a team to land in the finals. I'm not particularly fond of them at this point, but I am, at the very least, grateful they are not happy-go-lucky hippie clowns.

I find the shorter brother fine, it is the tall one that drives me nuts.

And, I dunno, maybe because I liked the GT, I did not have a huge problem with what they did on the waterslide. There was nothing sly about it, and it was above board. They tried to exploit her fears so they could go first. They did not lie, they did not steal someone else's cab. They did it in full view. I get that the GT rub some folks the wrong way - I guess your reaction to the GT is my reaction to the Brothers.

And, he gave him the letter after agreeing to work with BE. So, he basically punked BE into helping him and then did not hold up his end. BE was a fool to trust him.

For what it is worth, here is the exit interview for the GTs

So happy to see the Globetrotters go. The taller brother (Sam, maybe) made the smart move in not telling him. Sucks that the Zebras were able to benefit... I've never seen a team make so many mistakes and still end up doing something right.

I find I like a different brother each week, this week was the shorter one, the week before was the taller one, the week before that was the shorter one... it's an odd phenomenon.

Sad to see this season go next week, but I think production on Season 16 starts soon!

There was nothing sly about it, and it was above board. They tried to exploit her fears so they could go first. They did not lie, they did not steal someone else's cab. They did it in full view.

Well, but it was sly and a lie, wasn't it? When they were saying stuff like, "I wouldn't do it!" and then running past her and going down the slide all happy and laughing while she's sobbing and panic-stricken. As for the cab-stealing, that was sort of in full view. Brian and Ericka clearly saw what was going on and were yelling at the brothers, but couldn't do much about it. It wasn't a nice move, but it wasn't morally inferior to the GTs, in my opinion. To me the GTs tried to leverage their personalities in the same way the brothers leveraged theirs, only the brothers came off a bit more self-aware and honest in their strategy and behavior.

BE was a fool to trust him.

And BE knew that when he made the agreement! But he also knew he would have fared no better without agreeing to work with the tall brother, so it really made no difference and we saw no evidence the brother gave him false answers to throw him off or anything. The brother ended up looking like some sort of scoundrel (mostly because I think he was surprised he was the one who came up with the correct answer), but he knew there was only one leg left, so NOT giving BE the answer was the only viable option if they wanted to get to the finale. It's not my favorite way to play the game, and I'm not rooting for the brothers to win or anything, but they did play fairly in accordance to the rules. Honestly, I think the teams most focused on the finish line were the ones who made it to the end.

Fair enough.

Again, by quitting, the GT proved they did not belong in the race.

At this point, I almost hope Erika and Brian find a way to win. But, I think Megan and Cheyne are unstoppable. They played a pretty clean game, so I would be fine with them winning.

What's remarkable about Megan & Cheyne is that in a few of the legs, their head start is erased because everyone is given enough time to make the same flight, but they still manage to separate themselves from the pack. From the teaser for the finale, again it seems like they all make the same flight, even though Megan and Cheyne seemed to finish hours ahead of the others.

It would be a great story if Ericka & Brian came out of nowhere to win, but Megan & Cheyne would be deserving winners. I'll be disappointed if Sam & Dan win.

I don't expect the current order to change. My guess is the teams will finish in the same order they're in now. Yes, there will probably be some jockeying and lead changes, but in the end, I expect them to finish just as they are now.

Why is the most efficient team always the least interesting to watch?

I found it absolutely ridiculous that the Globetrotters quit. With five letters, there are only 120 possible combinations. After Dan (Sam?) gave him the first letter, that left 24 possible combinations. If Big Easy thought it was a better use of his time to nap for four hours than go through 24 combinations (most of which he had probably already tried), then he's a complete and utter moron and I'm glad he got them eliminated. I liked Flight Time a lot, but Big Easy was becoming very irritating.

Yep, I bumped it last night.

This is what I posted (which oddly enough shows up in my profile, but not on the thread):

"Congrats Megan & Cheyne. You ran a good race and generally did it with class, so well done. And, like usual, your initial advantage is wiped away, and everyone is basically starting even.

Erika got a wee bit unhinged during the flower futility, and just lost it. I have a feeling that impacted her next task, but realistically, they were not one of the stronger teams.

And the brothers - the older one was freaking amazing scaling down that building, but I would have been disappointed had they won.

It seems that the placing is as it should be."

I missed having a final "memory" challenge. Counting chips was not very interesting, though I dont think a different challenge would've changed the final results. It was a pretty lackluster season, and the finale was no different.

I'm glad Erica didnt win, even though I liked her husband okay, her freakouts were weekly and very annoying. Her only funny moment was the look she gave the drunk during the beer transport challenge.

I still dont have a problem with the brothers' gameplay and at least they owned up to it, inlike the shady GTs...they even apologized about the cab. Bottom line is they were good racers, but too argumentative in the challenges. The younger brother was just too high strung. Did anyone expect them to count correctly on the first try?

They didn't even give a convincing apology about the cab-stealing. "We're SO sorry! It wasn't our fault!" Oh, so the cabbie is to blame. Well, then.

One can argue that cab-stealing and not telling Big Easy about the letter jumble are both legal moves, but you can't deny they're unsportsmanlike.

I can't get over how the brothers blew their lead in the poker chip challenge. Erica was a hot mess. Her ridiculous behavior made me route for her to keep "missing" the flowers.

I still could not figure out why she was not crouching and jumping to get a bit higher.

She was great going down the building, but the flower power fiasco showed that she was beyond her last nerve.
