The Nineties sounded better than that, folks.

I used to have access to those numbers. Wish I did this time.
I hung out with Cheyenne Jackson in his dressing room waayyyyyy before he tickled D2.

Scott needs to get his ass out of there, pronto! How he made it this far is beyond me. Who keeps voting for this man?

And Jessica got screwed over. If she wouldn't have sung that Leann Rimes song, she'd still be there.

i totally agree. now there are only three women left outta the nine finalists.

i can't believe Scott made it past last show, it must be rigged or something if he made it.

I'm not a gay stereotype. I'm a coincidence.

"At the opening night party, they had clowns on stilts, jugglers, a chocolate fountain, popcorn, hot dogs. [My son] looked at me like I had been holding back. Like, 'This is what you do?' I had to tell him, 'No, no, darling. Opening nights don't usually look like this.' It's usually a dark bar with a bottle of vodka." ?Chitty Chitty Bang Bang's Jan Maxwell plus i proudly share the title of the shortest member over the age of 10 with wickedrentq!

Have people just stopped writing in this thread and started creating new threads each week? Should we let this one die?
#738

The Nineties sounded better than that, folks.

No..we can't let this thread die....people just keep starting new threads about specific people.

Now about last night....Bo did my signature song, but screwed up the words...did anyone else notice that...the judges didn't seem to. Still LOVE him !!!

I can't stand Anwar and his ridiculous runs in every song he sings. Time to say bye-bye and back to class for you.

Did anyone enjoy Vonzell's rendition of "People" ???? I like her, but thought she was horrible last night.

I thought it was okay, Boobs. I think Vonzell is getting better. It's tricky tackling a Barbra song - not too many people can pull it off well. (Of course, Linda Eder nailed "Don't Rain on My Parade" in concert last weekend)!

See that's it Jungle...if she was gonna pick a song from that show she should've done something more fun !!!

How about Scott's version of "The Impossible Dream" ??? Dear God !!!

I near about cried when Scott started talking about MOLM. I was begging him to please not ruin that song for me. Dreadful, just dreadful.

Boobs, there was another thread that had a link to that story. Around here somewhere.

"Bless his/her heart" is an oft-used 'Southern' expression that is always appropriate after giving a back-handed compliment or sugar coated sarcastic remark. It makes everything okay, Boobs!

Example - "Clara always looks so nice in that double-knit polyester pantsuit. Bless her heart".

or, in this case:

"Scott Savol really tried to sing his little heart out during that La Mancha song. He was probably thinking about his old girlfriend that he beat up awhile back. Bless his heart".

Thanks Girly. I'll have to go check it out.

What obsessed most of them to do ballards??? They needed to more up tempo songs...Thank God for Bo....they were boring me to tears last night.
