His eyef**ing of the camera is waaaaay more appealing than the blah distant performances of half the contestants.
The way he wears his jeans doesn't hurt either. Nasty indeed.

You and me both, DAME! I said yesterday that Mr. Maroulis is seriously growing on me. At first I didn't think anything about him--but now, sheesh.

Hate to say I told you so, but... well I did. "Nikko is the next to go". Buh bye.

I thought he was loyal to the broadway style more then any of them. I think that might be why but I still thing that Anthony has to go

When someone blunders, we say that he makes a misstep. Is it then not clear that all the ills of mankind, all the tragic misfortunes that fill our history books, all the political blunders, all the failures of the great leaders have arisen merely from a lack of skill in dancing. - Moliere

I just want to say that I thought Fantasia was terrible last night. All that screaming makes my throat hurt. That isn't singing. It's the same thing everytime she performs. I remember her singing everything just like that on the Christmas special. I just don't see her star quality.

I thought she looked terrible too. It looks as though she's put on a little weight. Too many visits to the Burger King drive through.

I didn't care for Fantasia at all last night, nor when she won. I don't even remember who I wanted to win.

I honestly don't think Constantine can do anything to make him grow on me. He's just too dirty for me. Plus the fact that he comes across as thinking he's Gods gift to women turns me off big time!

I hung out with Cheyenne Jackson in his dressing room waayyyyyy before he tickled D2.

Fantasia was absolutely horrible. She tried to do a bad imitation of Mary J Blige. And she failed miserably. I don't see her talent at all, she just screams. All the girls in the top 12 this season are miles better than her.

Nikko needed to go, but I think Scott should've went before him.

I agree that it is Scott Savol's time. Though, in this season as I've said before... every performance counts. I still maintain that I have not voted for the same person twice.

Opera, country, the 60s or anything that will not only land Scott in the bottom two but out where he belongs would be fine with me.

geez they totally screwed up broadway night
i mean, seriously, if you're on american idol
pick a song from a pop or rock musical
dont attempt to do a classic beautiful song like the impossible dream and butcher it

anwars been my favorite for awhile
i think carrie is really boring and typical
i like constantine for the sole reason that he's played judas in jcs and roger iin rent before. but i'm not about to vote feor him

"No two shows are alike in the making. Each show is a living piece of your life in a small unreal world with its own character and integrity; its own new set of memorable experiences and incredible happenings. You begin to love and adapt to its strangeness. Dreams harden into substance. Values come into focus. You wish it would never end. The dream world vanishes like mist before a rising sun; part of you vanishes with it. And back you land in the real world with a thud- fogged, uneasy, jittery, difficult to get along with. There is only one cure. A new show. A new, small unreal world; new visions, experiences, incredible happenings. Again you love it, adapt to it, wish it would never end. But end it does. Another part of you vanishes. That's show business."-Anonymous

He was Judas in JCS? What regional production was it? Oy.

I think it's harder to get the rights to contemporary/pop-rock musicals than the classical standards, which is probably the reason why they all chose older songs. I imagine their voices are better suited for the modern stuff though.

Apparently the theme is: songs from the year you were born. Allegedly the producer of the show said that Constantine is singing "Bohemian Rhapsody" and Carrie is singing "Love is a Battlefield."

So far...

Nadia... Horrible song choice. Average performance.
Bo... I thought he stunk.
Anwar... his appeal escapes me. I thought he was abysmal.

Say what you will about him, but only Simon keeps it real. Paula and Randy should be living together on another planet.

Paula has gotten on my nerves as well as the audience. How can you love everything? If something sucked say it sucked! They are competing for a major record deal, I think you owe it to them and the viewers to say whats on your mind.

Being in the top 12 is a major ego boost. No matter what you do the audience loves you.

I actually agree with Simon alot of the time.
