re: Anyone see 'The Class?'

Sadly, the BEST sitcom on television has been getting the shaft for nearly its entire existance and we have to wait until early 2007 before it (Scrubs) comes back.

Rath, I was thinking that from th epreviews as well. I kept expecting, well no wishing with absolutely no chance of fulfilment that he was suddenly going to start doing something different.
Zooey Deschanel was not in the show, unless I missed something.

I agree it is not much worse than the sitcoms following it, I hated How I Met Your Mother the first time I saw it, now I merely dislike it, and watch solely to see Neil Patrick Harris. I don't even know what is on after thay.

Bway, SO TRUE! Without a doubt the best. I just saw the Pilot last night and Scrubs was, from the begining, a joy to behold. It is so sad that it never got its due. I will enjoy watching two new episodes a night in January though.
I stand corrected, you are as vapid as they say.

How I Met Your Mother is horrible.

Horrible, and seems to be getting worse.

i watched because i am devoted to julie halston. just flat flat flat. julie was excellent in her bits, and i really enjoyed heather goldenhersh and jesse. i would like to see them on a better show. they committed fully to the crap they were given and infused it with some innocence and charisma.

I never watched HIMYM until last night. I hated it alot. Even that Buffy girl was horrible. The Class was at least a bit funnier (thanks to Julie Halston.)

I have a question, do all gay characters have to be bodybuilders now?

agreed. scrubs is one of my favorite sitcoms and keeps getting shafted by nbc. it seems like this will be the last year for it anyway, with zach braff leaving and all.

if y'all watch prison break you won't have to suffer through the class or himym, anymore.

Earl is good and follows out its hook usually to good success and is helped by the fabulous Jaime Pressley, who deserves the Emmy.

Doodle, Alyson Hannigan is a warm, inviting presence on film and tv (I think) but she's anything BUT an actress. re: Anyone see 'The Class?' And this is coming from someone who LOVES Willow Rosenberg.

Re: Scrubs, here's hoping that Sarah Chalke has a lightning career after the show is over, either as the start of her own sitcom (which I'd tune in for) or in film.

I find it really funny that the thread about the show on the main board is totaly positive and everyone is saying they loved the show and jesse......and then there is this.

re: Anyone see 'The Class?'

We're afraid to say what we feel on the main board.

i know, i want to at least check out "heroes" on nbc but it is on at the same time at "taahm" on monday nights. luckily, it repeats later in the week on sci-fi (at least the first episode does) so i'll probably catch "heroes" then.

ok. Seriously. I'm having trouble buying that you guys hate The Class but like "Half Men."
That is the biggest pile of poo I've seen on television since Everybody Loves Raymond that managed to keep running.

Holland.

Taylor.

re: Anyone see 'The Class?'

two and a half men is hilarious. well-cast. good writing. the entire supporting cast is funny- from the kid to the maid. it's sheen genius. (i just wish they would get rid of the candy chick already - that character has run her course)

the class is stereotypical, badly-acted poo.

I believe so. I get home at about 9:15 on Mon. nights so clearly I'm not the expert at this point.

tivo must be messing up, because the description of the episode for last night was apparently not what was on last night.

re: Anyone see 'The Class?'

Roseanne's pilot was extremely tame and the first season was rather pedestrian and unfocused.

And the Golden Girls had a gay cook.
