How can you get credit for disarming someone, when they didn't have arms in the first place?

Oh Jag, I'm sorry you missed reading the WHOLE report.
they said they stopped their nuclear program in 2003. Even the national libs agree with that. You didn't get the memo????

Oh I understand the report just fine.
They stopped the program in 2003, before they were able to develop nuclear arms, if they were even trying to. So...if those arms weren't developed. How could they be disarmed? How can you disarm someone when they don't have arms?
Once again HD, your hyperbole gets in the way of logic.

yes it does, actually. I think that if Iran gets ahold of nuclear weapons, not only will they use them, they will give them to countries all over the world (especially Iraq) I am outraged about many things going on in politics today.
But freaking out like that does nothing but give those who disagree with you the urge to point and laugh at you. then they don't take anyone seriously.
