I tend to agree. Honestly, the only songs that she's ever recorded and performed live that appeal to me have been Dangerously In Love & Single Ladies. The rest of her catalog sounds like banal and utterly forgettable hip-hop-laced R&B that gained a toehold on audiences in the 90s.

It's not fair to compare but I do find Solange the more musically innovative of the two and the more intriguing in terms of personal style.

I was wrong to think that people wouldn't be fooled by this press kit of a documentary. And I was wrong about the ratings. I am just human. I make mistakes. AS THOSE BEYONCE. MANY MISTAKES.

I don't care for BeyonceNut because he posts inane threads about Beyonce, where he claims his opinions as fact. Good for him to admitting that he was wrong in this thread, but what about the other five or so threads he started bashing Beyonce?

Which one JR? The Lip Sinc one? She lip sinc'd. The "She saved her career" one? Guess what... during the Superbowl.. in my opinion and that of many... SHE SAVED HER CAREER. If she had not pulled it off.. she would have been a embarrassment. And in this one? THE DOCUMENTARY GOT PANNED and it was AWFUL.

I'm not a Beyonce fan. I don't care for theaternut because all s/he ever posts about is how bad Beyonce is, how she's a laughing stock all over the world, and much of what s/he posts are mistruths. It's tiresome and s/he should get a new hobby. IT'S BORING AND IT SERVES NO PURPOSE!

I still don't get the hoopla over her lip syncing and even though I read the thread, I don't get why you're so pissy. Because it was the national anthem on Inauguration Day? A lot of people lip sync for a number of reasons.

Her Super Bowl performance was phenomenal and I don't think her career needed to be saved. I'll always be a fan, no matter if she lip syncs or decides to never sing again.

That said, I think she faked her pregnancy and I don't thinks she's ever let Jay Z enter who wooha. I have no desire to watch the doc.

I'm reading the idolator.com review of Beyonce's documentary and they're comparing to Madonna's Truth or Dare, which I've seen a million times (I even saw it once at the Castro!).

According to this website, most of the reviews are positive. The Hollywood Reporter has the only real negative review. No one calls it AWFUL and it wasn't PANNED.

By the way .. I couldn't make it thru the doc. And I believe all the industry trade paper reviews were pretty bad. ( do not attack me I don't care) As far as attacking each other. REALY GUYS? REALLY?

The thing is, her "diehard fans" who pay the $400 a ticket probably don't know a trade paper from a supermarket magazine.
