Bjork's "I've Seen it All" from Dancer in the Dark. Rarely has a performance been so great at the Oscars.

I enjoyed Blame Canada and the Magnolia performance from 1999, but Randy Newman soooo should have won for "When Somebody Loved Me" for Toy Story 2 that year. Damn you Disney and Phil Collins. I think 1999 was the last year that we had a strong group of songs nominated for Best Song. 2000 was a sign of things to come in the future.
