"Bored me to a pile of crap, again."

Why didn't you watch the whole thing? It really is a quality movie.

I have to see Closer just because I would like to see Natalie Portman give a good performance. I would agree with Kirsten Dunst and Lindsay Lohan, though.

Mandy Moore impressed me in SAVED. I think she will be constantly working through out her career. She won't be HUGE, but I also don't think she will fizzle out.

Emmy Rossum? Are you kidding me? Not only did she not seem to know the meaning of the words "facial expression" but her singing voice got on my last nerve. Thin, powerless, no depth and range. Her voice, like her performance, did nothing and went nowhere.

Nothing precious, plain to see, don't make a fuss over me. Not loud, not soft, but somewhere inbetween. Say sorry, just let it be the word you mean.

'The only Kirsten performance that was anything worth watching was in The Virgin Suicides.'

This statement is an offense to God and man.

I highly recommend you sit yourself down and watch what I refer to as the Trilogy of Dunst:

BRING IT ON
DROP DEAD GORGEOUS
DICK

Genius.

I would disagree with many of those

One lives in a field of influences, one is influenced by everyone one meets, everything is an exchange of influences, all opinions are derivative. I have NEVER been a Natalie Portman fan, but my tune has definitely changed this year. Her roles in Closer and especially Garden State were fantastic!
