Boop’s score is better than Death Becomes Her. I said what I said.

if the Tonys were actually about merit, Score would have gone to Yazbeck or the brilliant minds at Mincemeat, which is no dig at the wonder that is MHE."
Agreed. I would’ve given score to Dead Outlaw, book to Mincemeat, Direction and Musical to MH

Really enjoyed “Purpose”, and it was my least favorite of the nominees. That’s how strong the year was.

This isn’t a true follow-spot, but a hung moving light. He moves around quite a bit and this light often didn’t keep up with him, leaving him in the dark for seconds at a time. My lighting design knowledge is 20 years old. What type of light is this and is someone remotely controlling i

I really want to see Orville based upon comments here, but Eva has never done it for me. I couldn’t finish a Cabaret performance with a mediocre Sally."
Not that you asked me, but I can definitely attest that Eva is not a mediocre Sally. She's fabulous in the role. I saw

I appreciate this site. Obviously, it doesn't usually account for very last-minute cast changes, but it can give you a heads-up if a specific performer has an anticipated day (or days) off, so that you can decide whether to buy tickets for that performance.

She hasn't done a Wednesday matinee in over a month.

Correct, which is very unfortunate. She is one of the finest and bravest actors working today, she'd be incredible live.
She has also said that she doesn't consider herself an actor, and straight-up rebukes the term in reference to herself. Never understood that, but anyway.

Oh, put a sock in it, Pauletta.

Just interested because people seem genuinely disappointed she's continuing with the show."
I thought she was okay at City Center, and I'm curious to see how

I agree with those performances. Those folks - along with Helen J Shen, Bill Burr, Tatianna Cordoba, Michael Urie, Peter Friedman, Amalia Yoo, Michelle Pawk, David Thaxton, and Thom Sensa - all got passed over in favor of (imho) some less impressive work.

My gut is going with Jeremy. Not only is a beloved performer whose had a number of acclaimed turns, but I also just think he's clearly the best of the group. It's a beast of a role and he performs it with piercing emotion.
