Big Brother Season 15 -- cast announced today

So I've never posted on this OT board before but I needed someone to discuss BB15 with since no one I know watches.

This is my favorite show of all time and this is definitely one of the best seasons. Last night might go down as the greatest episode in history. It's all been mentioned before but Aryan (can't believe it took me this long to get that connection) is the most revolting human being that I've seen on reality tv. Ginamarie disgusts me and is a complete deludinoid. Jeremy needs to blow his nose because I can't handle listening to that voice. Howard is a complete idiot and pretty much the worst liar I've ever seen. Not too sure about that strategy of lying when someone already knows the answer. Amanda is the bomb.com and someone I would love to hang out with.

This was basically me last night during Ginamarie's hysteria crying jag.

and Spencer may be joining the "Unemployed" team as well.
I wonder why the EDIT's have been playing down the fact that he made anti-semitic comments and a Gay Slur.
He's no Mr. Nice Guy as they are trying to portray him.
***Someone on the Televsion W/O Pity Forum has said the Garment Gina Marie
has been using, holding like a blankie.. blowing her nose ...IS a pair of shorts that Nick left.
OMG! GROSS !! Not only is she a Dumb Bigot, but a NASTY Girl.

And last night, Miss Thing really blew a nose full. It almost sounded like "honk, honk ". And yes, I am now watching. I caved. My curiosity and the hope that those bitches get it in the end prevailed.

I'm really curious to hear what Aryan's parents have to say about her behavior. She strikes me as the type to play the little angel at home and have her true colors to be something of a surprise to her parents. Or maybe she's just passing on learned traits.

And precisely what benefit do the Mean Girls think they will get from their behavior? They are clearly down in numbers and had maybe a total of five votes, but that's only with having none of them on the block. I don't see how even their tiny little minds could justify cruelty and bullying as a means to increasing their numbers. And it's not as if any of them have displayed a diabolical Evel Dick strategy in the DR of being so vile that they will be not considered a threat to win, especially when it is a gang mentality, rather than an individual strategy. I just hope none of them win HoH from this point on and get picked off one by one.

I don't think you are that horrid coming from liberal, accepting parents.

I think the ONLY way one of them winning HOH would make a difference is if one of them ALSO got MVP -- and I don't see that happening....well, I hope not, anyway.

(Or if/when they are the LAST one left, then HOH will help them for a week.)

GinaMarie last night had me rolling with laughter. When she was crying into Nick's shorts and blowing her nose into them.........OMG. Classic!

Stockard, I think those were GinaMarie's own shorts she was crying into. They had tacky writing on the butt.

While I'd like to revel in the come uppance of Aaryn, and I liked the smackdown Amanda delivered, I'm still bothered by the lack of attention the homophobia is getting. I assume it's because noone in the house seems bothered by it, which is what supposedly made them to decide to show the racism.

That is sad, and Amanda is part of the problem there, with her Fagetty Ann comment. I wouldnt want to have dinner with that.

I hadn't heard about that comment, but I guess for me, it would depend how she said it and to whom. I had someone refer to my "faggoty ass" one time that had me in stitches, but I assume what Amanda said wasn't the same type of thing.

I hadn't heard anything about Amanda saying that either. Who was she referring to? Andy? Quite surprised. I agree that the Racism remarks are getting MORE play than the Gay Slurs.
The EDITS never even showed Spencer's comments.

I would like to believe that Amanda was joking with Andy, but I dont know...and it was McCrea who called her out on it. I'm not sure why it would make the following list if it was just a joke between the two.

I am assuming it's not getting the same attention because noone within the house has had a problem with it, which is what CBS is saying happened with racism. They only addressed it because it became an issue in the house.

Well SHAME on her for saying it and KUDOS to McCrea for taking a stand, even if she meant it as a joke.
Andy needs to take a stand if he hears these comments.I don't have the LIVE feed so I don't know, I just hope he would defend himself.

And, if SNL doesnt bring back Cheri Oteri to play GinaMarie, they are fools!

That's funny - I said after the first episode that GM looks just like Cheri Oteri.

From what I've read, Amanda's comments were more in a joking sense. I read an article somewhere that talked about the difference between what Amanda says and what Aaryn does. Amanda doesn't have hate in her heart - she's joking when she says these things (doesn't excuse it, per se, but it's more tolerable) as opposed to Aaryn who believes the crap she says and sees nothing wrong with it. Intention REALLY matters here. Once could make the same complaint against Spencer and Jeremy for the mysoginistic stuff they've said.

Unfortunately, all we can do is hope one of the "good" people win.

Yes, Cheri Oteri would be a RIOT ! I said it from the start how much GM looks like her.
As for Amanda, I really like her from what I have seen. So I hope her intent was just joking. I have seen how upset she has been about the Racist remarks and how she approached Aryan, so I know she might not have malice in her heart.
But...I don't know if I can give her a free pass. I hope she doesn't "Joke" like that anymore.
Does anyone think that the Producers spoke to Aryan and THAT is why she lamely apologized to Candace?

I'm sure that the producers didn't speak to her and ask her to apologize to Candice. They would have no stake in trying to defuse the drama.

I think they asked her questions during the DR, but considering the lame effort she put in it, it looked more like a backpedaling strategy after adding up the numbers and realizing she's likely to get picked off soon.

It might be a better strategy for the MVP to put up a pawn like Andy or Judd to reduce Jeremy's chance of playing for Veto. And if Jeremy still manages to win POV, use Spencer as a replacement nominee. I doubt anyone could come up with a convincing argument to vote out Andy or Judd at this point.

I don't think anyone has asked this but how is the live audience going to react if Aaryn does get evicted this week. I'm pretty sure producers always tell the audience to be quiet during the vote and applaud when the evicted houseguest comes out and whether they clap loud or don't that's one thing. But what will they do for Aaryn. I don't think they can boo but I think they should.
#171

Big Brother Season 15 -- cast announced today

The audience is certainly coached, but it wouldn't take many to get the ball rolling in another direction. I hope there are some gutsy audience members present when Aryan gets the boot.

Big Brother UK has a huge outdoor crowd for the live evictions and they get quite vocal. Not only do they applaud and cheer, they boo and chant at the top of their lungs in hope that the housemates can hear them. It's pretty chaotic. Speaking of which...like the rest of the UK, it didn't take long for me to be off Wolfy. The chants of "GET WOLFY OUT! GET WOLFY OUT!" were a bit extreme, though.

If memory serves me right it seems as though I remember someone coming out to speak with Julie and getting booed. Not sure who it was though. Part of me wonders if they just won't have a studio audience this week because it could get ugly.

I hope they give her the Silent treatment.
I can't remember the Winner's name, from a Past Season {Jun maybe}but when she walked out there wasn't much clapping if any.
She was the lesser of two evils that season and not liked at all.

Well Big Brother will definetly be careful on Thursday because I doubt they want to much craziness going on. It would be nice to see her get booed and get in a fight with the audience or even Julie Chen. But I wonder how Julie is going to approach the interview with her. Its defiently going to be awkward. Also to sidetrack a little bit does anyone know how you can get tickets to one of the lives shows?

I don't want to give any spoilers, but if you consider any info spoilery, don't read this...

It doesn't really look like they're going to evict Aaryn this week. She should be safe for at least another week. I'm guessing the producers are going to play as safe as they can - they have to realize that she's going to have a VERY difficult time when she gets out of the house and they do have an obligation to help her at least somewhat. It's going to be quite a shock to her when she does eventually walk out of the house. I don't think it will be much easier on GM, Spencer, Kaitlin or Jeremy, for that matter.
