overall, i like it. i'm not CRAZY about the writing, but I like it. i can't help it...it's a great cast. and the youngest brother, Justin, breaks my heart. i think he's great. and i happen to love calista...and sally, of course. and whoever suggested skerritt coming back as a ghost obviously has not seen more than one episode. the show is complete realism. it's not 'six feet under'. no hallucinations...nothing weird. shows reality...not happy..not particuarly always horrifly sad...just real.

I don't get to watch much tv, but I just caught this show on tv tonight - I've seen it in passing before, but tonight is the first time I actually watch it. I am totally into it.

It's amazing how much this show stopped sucking when they got over the daddy dying and leaving them in the hole issues. Which, coincidentally, was about the time that Greg Berlanti took over as story editor. I MISS EVERWOOD.

A million times better than Desperate Housewives, anyway.

^ Cool! I like this show. I don't watch it every week, but I catch it when I can. I just hate the Kitty storylines. The rest is pretty good, though.

Thoughts on the finale. What about the revelation about Saul? I had suspected that back at the beginning of the season but was confused by his relationship with Holly.

I really enjoyed last night's episode. I love Sally Field in this role.

The ending was awesome...I like how it recalled the drowning death of William on the pilot episode. Now the pool was a source of joy rather than tragedy.
