State of the Union Address...
Bush: I'm doing an awesome, rocking job here...we are all doing fabulously...
Dems' response: Bush sucks. We're a big mess.
There. You've seen it now.

Posted: 2/2/05 at 4:50pmI will nto watch it. But I have watched some of the Dem's preresponses they have been having all week. Good for the Dem's to finally forming a coallition together to attack the Rep's. This is going to be an INTERESTING 4 years!

Posted: 2/2/05 at 4:52pmI'm going to watch something far less depressing: the PBS documentary on Auschwitz.

Posted: 2/2/05 at 4:57pmPart 3 is on tonight...I believe. My boyfriend called me all excited about it. Yes. Excited. He is fascinated by all things Holocaust, due to his losing family and such.

Robbie, you just made me burst out laughing. Nice.
I for one, have other priorities, like sleeping... practicing DDR than listen to a Bush speak. I just simply won't understand it, I don't speak stupid...
Though my father will be trying to turn me into a republican. Joy.

Posted: 2/2/05 at 5:08pmI'll read the transcript of it - there's no way I could listen to him deliver it AND also listen to the majority Republican Congress cheer him on.

Posted: 2/2/05 at 5:12pmIt's just so silly to see him get standing ovations throughout the speech. I'll pass on this one.

Posted: 2/2/05 at 5:42pmDoes anybody know the time/channel it's on? 'Cause if it cuts into West Wing, heads will roll.

Posted: 2/2/05 at 5:59pmIt's on NBC at 9. No "West Wing". Sorry. Watch "Jack and Bobby" instead.

Posted: 2/2/05 at 8:38pmWatching the State of the Union is homework for me, so I'll be watching it, but am definitely not looking forward to all the clapping and the standing. Ick.

Unless I want to fall asleep early...
I do notice that there aren't a lot of posts going on now. I guess these folks are watching it.
