PRS, how is the ending of the NBC TV movie different?
I love the book, I recently taught it and thought it was so much better than I originally had given it credit for. It's not a masterpiece of literature, but I love getting all the different accounts from medical journals, academic books, newspaper articles, and of course, Sue's autobiography (I love that touch! It'd make so much sense for the movie to keep that part given today's current obsession with D-list celebrity "memoirs").
Kimberly Pierce recently confirmed that social networking will play a big role in Chris' terrorizing of Carrie, which I thought was interesting. I just hope they aren't too concerned with adapting it to today's environment. Either way, love the teaser, and cannot wait to see Julianne Moore as Margaret, she's going to be epic.
