Mooney, we had back to school night this week. Mrs. Brd attended. She was very impressed with C14's teachers. Now, if I can just find a way to pay tuition????
Happy Weekend to all! We have a very busy weekend, BBQ, Party and Party. I have to finish a brief by Tuesday, so a little work this weekend.

Hi BRD!
We had a half day today, but I got stuck here for a meeting. If I finish up all my paperwork I can actually take off all 3 days of the weekend, but I'm too tired to put my nose to the grindstone at this point.
I hear ya about that nasty tuition. Just wait until the college years!
I'm off to bend a few more rules.
Rules were meant to bent. Not unlike other things.
Stop by to check that everyone's still in one piece.

Had a great time last night - even got a couple of truly wonderful surprise guest appearances
Off to DC to continue the east coast blitz, and spread my special brand of . . . well, whatever it is that makes me 'me'. Hopefully, I'll be able to get through this visit without completely alienating anyone - or getting arrested

We toasted you last night, Moony!
Take care of our Q - and make sure that whatever it is that makes him "him" remains intact.
(And Shira's shoes are available for bail money too, just in case...)
My question is, if Moony winds up in the clink too, then what happens?

I can't see Moony in the slammer. She'd charm her way out before it could happen.
Shink weekend is going swell so far. She hasn't gone running away yet so that is a good sign! Pinky & The Brain are together and the world is still on its axis....good times! :)

No bail funds were harmed in the great Q visit experience.
Reputations on the other hand.......

I beg your pardon? I thought we were all on our best behavior!
Truly, despite the occasional nonsense, this site - and especially this thread - have led to some of my most pleasurable and lovely experiences. I feel very blessed to have encountered the friends here that I have.
And the tour continues - I'm now in Ph8illy, go figure! - and there's still a couple of special someones waiting just around the corner
Ugh new roomie is driving me nuts.

Jeez, this place is boring at 3:39 in the morning.
Must be a sign to go to bed.

Lucky you Girly!
I saw District 9 tonight. Despite the cartoonish violence, I thought is was an interesting (and obvious) morality play.
The scary thing is I do not doubt that give the chance, we would do exactly what was depicted.
I finally saw JULIE & JULIA today - LOVED it. Both Julie AND Julia.
I didn't see anything today.
I've been missing the Scottish lad, so been playing his music most of the day.

But you get to see Q later. That's exciting, isn't it Girly?
Funny D2 - Julie and Julia was the other choice - but my friends BF wasn't so sure. Perhaps I will see that next week. I hear it is wonderful!
Well now Deet, that remains to be seen.
Seriously, looking forward to it!
