Don't have time to read back - just saying a quick 'last hello' from Colorado. I'm off for more walkabouts in the wilderness, headed toward dinner tonight with Glebby and the mormons.
Hope all is well with everyone
*MWAH*
Ah - lucky you.
Give him (Glebby - not the Mormons) a hug from me.

Happy Friday.
Does everyone remember Magda, the leather-skinned crone in THERE'S SOMETHING ABOUT MARY? Good.
Picture her sister. On the subway this morning. Wearing form-fitting, low-cut tank top, embroidered with large daisies, a very short (and I mean SHORT) denim skirt, white flip-flops and a white baseball cap. Craggy skin exposed everywhere.
I'm wearing white, knee-length shorts with a turquoise patterned shirt, and matching turquoise canvas keds. Of course.
As she was getting off the train, she passes me and says: "If I were you honey, I'd dress more age appropriate."
I was stunned. If she'd said something about dressing a little less gay (or not wearing white) I'd understand a little bit more, but to me, that was the pot calling the pot a pot.
Rant over.
All I can say is - It's Friday the 13th.
I think we should all go home, crawl in to bed and pull the sheet up over our heads. Stay there until the 14th.

I hope you threw an Iced Venti Latte at her.
I've brought photos!
Me with my characterictically insane looking sister on holidays. I'm 12, she's 4.
Me, Christmas, aged 2 and a half.
My Grandmother, aged 18. 1946, I think.
I love the truck.
Deet, you're too gay! It's a tractor.
It's always those who should be the last ones ever to comment on other people's clothing that do it the most. I'm convinced that they all have magic mirrors that lie to them.
damn where is shamey, it's one of those awesome Fl days,
Tractor, truck, who cares as long as I'm drinking.

I called it a Digger, but to each their own.
I was disappointed with what I dug up. I couldn't find the ones as Tom Thumb, nor could I find the picture of me with wild Curly Hair when I was 1.
Should have used your digger. Or tractor. Or whatever the hell it's called.
Shamey
lets hit target we got lots to get, for sunday
Okay, I'm blind. I didn't even see the bucket thing on the front, but it's a John Deere, so I still have to go with tractor.
Hi Harris! What's up?

Haha.
I love how you all thought the digger was more noteworthy than my youthful self.
Harris, I'm very sorry but I won't be able to attend your Tony Party this year. I hope you all have fun.
ETA: Linnie, you are too adorable. Then. And now. And that's a great photo of your grandmother. I'm afraid to say it, but there's a definite resemblance between her and some of my mother's relatives. Around the eyes, mostly. Interesting. I wonder...
and just why the f*** not d2?
and shamey we have this huge list of stuff, so we are target bound.

I can't be there either, Harris, but I'll be thinking of all of you.
I'm not going to be home on Sunday night, Harris - J2 and I have theater tickets, believe it or not!
fine more booze for the rest of us
Oh, I'd heard you had a hot date, Deet!
Linnie, you are two freakin' adorable. It was and is so super obvious that it didn't even need to be stated.
