...and I just hung up (again) after sitting on 'hold' waiting for customer service to pick up. At the rate I'm going they're going to have to send me a check for all the credits they've been offering for my 'inconvenience'!
But, I don't want money back. I just want it to work. And I want them to tell me the truth. And, it would be nice if they actually answered their phones once in a while.
But, I can't get crazy over it. (Or crazier...)
I'd rather think happy thoughts!

I have to admit, the few times I had to call in the past couple months when I upgraded the box and switched to cable internet, customer service was fairly easy to get through to, helpful and pleasant. *knocks wood*
Hope you get it all sorted it out soon!

I would give anything to switch my service, but I'm in a building that has a 'bulk deal' and I can't change.

And then he tweeted Boobs. He also tweeted he's good friends with some chick on "The Voice" who just happens to be good friends with Tink's ex. And I'm still married. Oh, and this just in: "Pettiness, spite, malice ....Such ugly emotions... So sad." - After Eight, talking about MEEEEEEEE!!! I'm so honored! :-)

I have a friend who is a theater nut. He has hundreds of theater posters with every cast members signature. That kind of nut. He said he had tickets to Billy Elliot and 13 and I told him that a very informed friend of mine saw 13 and thought it was dreck. His response, "That's the same guy who hated Little Mermaid, right?"
He has such bad theater sense, he's going to love 13.

But I didn't see THE LITTLE MERMAID. I wouldn't see THE LITTLE MERMAID. And I only saw 13 because we had a free night in LA and figured "what the hell?"

I know you didn't, Deetie, but he loved The Little Mermaid. LOVED IT! So, he assumed that you must be the same theater critic friend with no taste.
