So, I feel like Cruel here but ...
Spring Awakening - HSM for the artsy and angst Crowd, or something more.
Some of the music was great, some seemed a bit redundant, (at least the opening musical sequences of some of the numbers) and the choreography at times seemed to be out a Madonna's Vogue video.
Other times, it was full of energy, passion and almost seemed electric.
I am still not quite sure what to make of it. I ended up thinking about the characters and the choices they made after the show, so that means it was something more, but I am still thinking about it.
