DD, dry rice should be fine.... and, enjoy Doctor Zhivago! Though, I'm not sure you can really say that about the end of that film. The music and cinematography are just beautiful.

Totally getting used to cooking on a gas stove again. Haven't cooked on one in ages... I almost burnt the rice.

Posted: 3/27/06 at 11:20pmOh, we always cook our rice on the stove. With sauteed onions, and add a little cilantro when you add the water. It just cooked SO much quicker than I'm used to.
