Sometimes you need some "bad" to remind you of how much better the "good" is!!=) I was hoping Lestat would be better... Everything I've heard about Piazza, though, really makes me want to see it!

PIAZZA was a second time around for us, as we really loved it last year. And as much as I liked the original cast, the current one is simply breathtaking. Aaron Lazar is jaw-dropping - in every sense of the word.

DD - I'm sure we'll see the tour of PIZZA - I'll be curious to see how much they can recreate the production design. It really is one of the most gorgeous shows I've ever seen.

Last night WAS fun - just a little frustrating to finally meet people, and then not really have the chance to sit and talk with each of them. BUT, still nice to connect, even briefly.

Weekend visitors are better, though (Pip - hint, hint . . .)

Pip - well, SOMEONE I was talking to admitted that they could use a vacation - and that Southern Cali certainly had its appeal . . . but I won't mention which glitzy person might have admitted that.

*sigh* The other half is finally getting a little rest. The one HUGE problem on this trip is our hotel from hell - we're REALLY having to work at not letting it ruin everything. But not being able to sleep - on quite possibly the WORST bed I've ever been on - is NOT helping!
