Rice casserole with black beans and sausage stuffed with red peppers & mushrooms. Tossed salad. Slice of blueberry pie.

It's my junk casserole that will feed my brother and me for a couple of days. :o)

I'm getting such butterflies of excitement in my stomach about my trip next week that I'm actually losing my appetite...Wish this had hit several months ago so I could have been inspired to diet.

Liotte - there is a diner near where I work that has French Fries drizzled with white truffle oil and then sprinkled with Parmesan and Asagio cheese. Wonderful treat!

Cheeze! Please have Driver run by and drop some of those fries at my office. That would be a perfect treat today (we're prepping for a visit by our Region Manager tomorrow.)

I bet our fries would be pretty tatsty dipped in that sauce Boobs. (I almost said dipped in YOUR sauce - but we seem to have temporarily climed out of the gutter...)
