2 creamers, 1 Splenda here.

At home, I use hazelnut flavor though.

Just half & half here. I cut out sugar years ago. Diabetes runs in the family. My grandfather lost his legs to the disease...Mom was losing her eyesite....I decided the sugar wasn't worth it. Now if I can cut it out of other foods.

Happy Sunday AM to all - I also enjoy cream with my coffee. Milk just won't do unless it's a Starbuck's latte. Taking my time this am getting ready to go to church and then a graduation party or two. Summer vacation from my job is almost here. Last day of work is Thursday until after Labor Day. (Jumps up and down) More time to spend posting on BWW!!!

I should cutback to one splenda. I'm getting better at drinking stronger coffee. I used to drink only machiattos and lattes, but now, only on special occasions.

Heart disease and diabetes are big in my family. It's never too early to start watching.

Morning Shameles - Love spenda...carry it around in my purse to use when needed. Also, my dentist actually said to use cream in your coffee so as not to stain your teeth. So maybe I could sue him if my arteries clog.

Boobs - (hugs back) Sounds like we're in agreement on the sugar thing. I've been trying to do the low carb thing for a few years now. It's been a stuggle of late but I'm determined to not lose the war of the bulge. I might have lost a few battles but fight continues. LOL

Good day to anyone still hanging around. I'm at work and there is no coffee - gray or otherwise. That's ok - in an hour there will be 600 people here for a reception and there will be better things to drink!

I know but today is Baccalaureate Day. Mass at 2:00pm, followed by a reception. Tomorrow is graduation and a luncheon.

I will never starve on this job.

Made it back from the bachelor party at 2:30AM and made it to they gym by 10:30AM. Pretty tame we went to the track at the Meadowland for dinner and drinks and stopped for drinks later. Had a limo so noone drove.

Going to see a screening of a John Tuturro movie at BAM with my friend Pam later. Turturro will be there answering questions afterwards. Should be fun.

Good evening all. I'm taking a break from working on genealogy--and getting ready for the season finale of "Big Love" on HBO.

Is anyone else do stuff quite as exciting as this? :o)
