mom that is, indeed, priceless!
I LOVE your signature!
Tee hee.... After Sunday I just had to change it! Now the question is.. how do you top that one?
Hiya mom! No idea what you're talking about, but glad it was fun.
Hi guys...just popping in to say Hi...I have to start packing forthe island. Talk to you all in a couple of days.
YAY!! *covers Boobs with hugs and kisses*
I'm going through Boobs' withdrawal!
Have a great time!

I keep missing Boobs. Glad to hear he's having such a wonderful trip!
The island portion of the vacation sounds amazing.
Hope everyone had a nice night.

Addy, did you go to the Central Parl BW thing?
I wasn't able to, brd.
I'm sure it was a wonderful evening, though. The air is a bit cooler at the moment...

I took C8 to Wrigley, nice evening.
It's 84 degrees in my apt. right now.
Installing anti-virus right now, got the fans going. Will step out for a while (any excuse to step out, eh?) and hope it's cooler when I get back.
It's really warm in my apartment, also.
I've had the windows open, but might have to turn on the AC for sleep. Which seems to elude me these days...

If you needed ANY more evidence that we here in SoCal are SPOILED BRATS, this will end the discusion. We just got back from an outdoor barbecue, and because of unusual weather conditions, we had about 85 degrees with about 50% humidity - and you would have thought it was the apocolypse. "This is NOT why I live in Southern California" "Oh my GOD, when will this END!!!"
We are spoiled. But at least some of us admit it
But then there are the other 360 or so days of the year... *sigh*

That's true, Addy my love!
That, and midnight thunderstorms in June that freak the heck out of everyone!
My mom called me (called me!) at midnight to say "do you hear that thunder."
My response - no, I sleep with earplugs, all I heard was the freaking phone.
I need to move a little bit further away from her!

YWIW - you have NO IDEA how much that made me laugh - thank you!
I am here to amuse.
Oh, the stories I could tell.
. . .
I get messages on my machine if she has not spoken to me in a few days . . . "Are You Dead?"
Said, with a very prounced Jewish mother accent.
Perhaps if I just ignore her for a while she will think I am in fact dead and leave me be?
Nah.

She'll only want to know how she missed the funeral - and how your will is being attended to.
Oh my GOD, I can't believe I typed that!
She's covered already, and doesn't need my $.
But my sisters would be pleased.
They would make out like bandits!
I don't even have a will - I guess at some point I should have one. I have been thinking about a living trust . . .

THIS, from the laywer - OY!
Hell, I have no kids, no husband, about half of my estate is already got bene designations on it in one way or another, so all we are talking about is my condo and a couple of accounts . . .
The person I was going to will my condo to because a meth head so it is probably best that I did not have one drafted!
But, I will probably get a living trust set up this year some time.
Night DG!
Good morning all. How about some Brasilian coffee this morning and some hot steaming Banana Bread just out of the oven. (Produce Junction had a sale!)
Bless you Somms!! Looks like this thread took an amusing turn early this morning!
Happy Tuesday all.
