Somms, I imagine you're joking but, having dealt with this situation for real, your comments bring up some uncomfortable memories. I also don't get the connection with Varley that you've mentioned a couple of times.

Well, once again it seems that I'm just off of everyone's schedule Guess I'll just have to relax and enjoy my wine with some Cole Porter in the background.
Hey Nina and Dgrant. I did actually enjoy myself. It's sort of a send-up of those noir books and films of the 50s...what worked worked very well. There are things to fix but I was proud of my friend's performance as well as very impressed by some of the other performances.

An evening of entertainment out is always a good thing - although, an evening of entertainment IN isn't necessarily a bad thing either.
Glad you had a good time.
Sounds like fun. Glad you enjoyed it.
Dgrant, pour me a glass of wine, cue the music to I Get A Kick Out Of You and we'll dance.

B
another early-bird here.
Couldn't sleep, so decided to get a jump-start on the day...including making a very strong pot of coffee.
DGrant - Did you see DeLovely? (Since you mentioned Cole Porter?) What did you think?
Mom - have a wonderrful time in Boston and hiking
bwaywinger - I met up with a few people last night at the studio where I was holding auditions, and they were talking about the shows that were being performed this week as part of the International Fringe Festival - are the shows you've seen part of that?
Nina - sorry I missed you last night. Hope you have something spectacular planned for the weekend.
Boobs, I'm so surprised you didn't know about "your" musical! Last year at the flea market, I was playing this game, and kept winning magnets for the darn thing. That one and Naked Boys Singing! So, imagine what the side of my fridge looks like!
'Morning everyone!
Our fingerprints don't fade from the lives we touch.

Tinfoil...The Terrorizing Terminator
Morning NYadgal...can I please get another cup of coffee, this one is finished. Thanks.
boobs - a fresh pot is on its way.
Just wanted to leave you all with the song that is in my heart this morning -
“It’s more than you, it is more than me
No matter what we are, we are a family
This dream is for all of us, this one can be real…
We are a family, like a giant tree
Growing stronger, growing wiser
We are growing free
We need you....
You're the best Nyadgal. By the way...isn't that weird that I was just talking about "Let My People Come" and all of a sudden there's a thread on the main board about it? I think someone was spying on the adult thread..LOL.
I think you need to go over there and straighten them out!!
Love from Boobs...just remember....
When you're down and troubled
And you need some loving care
And nothing, nothing is going right
Close your eyes and think of me
And soon I will be there
To brighten up even your darkest night
You just call out my name
And you know wherever I am
I'll come running to see you again
Winter, spring, summer or fall
All you have to do is call
And I'll be there
You've got a friend
If the sky above you
Grows dark and full of clouds
And that old north wind begins to blow
Keep your head together
And call my name out loud
Soon you'll hear me knocking at your door
You just call out my name
And you know wherever I am
I'll come running to see you
Winter, spring, summer or fall
All you have to do is call
And I'll be there
Ain't it good to know that you've got a friend
When people can be so cold
They'll hurt you, and desert you
And take your soul if you let them
Oh, but don't you let them
You just call out my name
And you know wherever I am
I'll come running to see you again
Winter, spring, summer or fall
All you have to do is call
And I'll be there
You've got a friend
Boobs, can I come out of my room yet? I cleaned it up (don't look under the bed) and even did my homework (I couldn't give a rat's ass about the French Revolution so why did I have to write 1000 words about it?) Please can I come out? I will leave Miss Nina alone. I will respect her privacy. But, why anyone would want to be alone is beyond me. I mean, if I have to stare at the lava lamp and watch that black light strobe for one more minute I will go insane. Crazy, insane! Even listening to my Edgar Winter Group album hasn't helped. I mean could Frankenstein be any more cooly insane? Please, pretty please. Let your people go! Updated On: 8/27/04 at 07:49 AM
Good morning SOMMS...You've been a very good boy so you may come out of your room and play. Grab a lollipop too.

Oh, I was just passing by and saw this... Have fun tonight, Undiscovered!! =)

Good Morning - here's what's in my head today
Artist: Mama Cass
Song: Dream a Little Dream of Me
Stars shining bright above you
Night breezes seem to whisper "I love you"
Birds singing in the sycamore tree
Dream a little dream of me
Say "Night-ie night" and kiss me
Just hold me tight and tell me you'll miss me
While I'm alone and blue as can be
Dream a little dream of me
Stars fading but I linger on, dear
Still craving your kiss
I'm longing to linger till dawn, dear
Just saying this
Sweet dreams till sunbeams find you
Sweet dreams that leave all worries behind you
But in your dreams whatever they be
Dream a little dream of me

Someone in the chat last night mentioned the new muppet OZ flick, and that made me think of the film of HR Puffenstuff - anyone see that, with the very campy performance of Cass Elliot as the witch (she even takes a bath in a tub full of strawberries!)
