Three Dog Night -
once of my first concerts.
I remember being amazed when everyone lit a match/lighter at the end. Thought it was the coolest thing ever.
beacon - my mother actually gave me that Janis Ian album for my 16th b'day. Obviously pushing me toward suicide...

What a birthday gift. To this day if I hear even the opening strains of that song I have to change the station right away.

Laugh-In was the BEST!

Love, American Style, True than the Red, White and Blu-ue-ue!
I loved that show. I remember staying overnight at my grandpa's house (so my parents could go out) and the four of us kids would eat super salty/butter popcorn made on the stove and watch that show...and the Odd Couple...
Ahhh...

I guess a gal's gotta do what a gal's gotta do...
Isn't amazing how wide a range of parenting choices we experienced. In my own family alone it's wild. I was sheltered from an Osmond concert (!!!!)... a younger sibling gets two bongs for his 18th birthday and my mother finds it amusing...

They stayed in Key West for a few days while they were filming HELP! in The Bahamas.
Yesterday....all my troubles seemed so far away...
Oh me too, beacon. It did play into my teenage angst at the time, and so I liked it then, but now...ewww..
