It did sound quite classy coming from her.
But how do you think Dr. Doolittle got the animals to talk?

My DeLay-loving sister whom I mentioned on the other thread used to refuse to let her daughter watch Catdog because she didn't like the way they were "attached to each other." I think a pushme pullyu was out of the question.
But to veer to topic -- how did the catdog and pushme pullyu get rid of its waste products?

Jack Black doesnt strike me as someone who ever holds back, wrestling or not.
I think that Cal's quote proves that Julie should be our Fart Thread Goddess.
Seriously, her speaking about farts is more surprising than her showing Loretta Swit her boobies or saying that she has "f**king Multiple Sclerosis!"

Julie in "Duet for One"
about the violinist who gets multiple sclerosis and cannot stop dropping the f bomb.

Never heard of that one. But she was just saying lines. On Letterman, she was speaking her own words.
And I still prefer Jack Black for thread god.

Posted: 6/8/06 at 11:56amThe most frustrating moment in Bea Arthur's show is when she says Angela Lansbury has a mouth like a sailor and then doesn't give us any details, except a vague reference to a song about a vicar's knickers -- and that might have been bawdy in, say, a Gilbert & Sullivan patter song.

Bea has class.
If it was Stritch discussing Lansbury in her show, it would have been quite different, I tell you.

Posted: 6/8/06 at 12:01pmWell, you KNOW that Bea kept the set decorators on GG busy with the lysol.
