I heard it's during a scene where Idina is doubting her talent as a boxer and an angel comes to sing a song to inspire her. Sort of a "Beauty School Dropout," if you will. Is this fact or fiction?

Posted: 3/11/05 at 9:39pmThe angel part is true, but Carol Channing is false - she'll be busy touring in her FAREWELL, DOLLY tour. The role of the angel hasn't been cast yet, but some of their choices are Virginia Madsen, Elaine Stritch, Billy Porter, or William Ullrich.

Wow! Good job! Because I tried to be as realistic as I could! Come on dude, get a life. Everyone on here knows I'm joking. So now, everytime someone jokes, that makes them a pathelogical liar? Now I understand the ways of the world, thank you for your knowledge. I made it PERFECTLY clear that it was a joke. Anyone who read this thread and thought otherwise for a split second needs to revisit elementary school, and get a sense of humour in the process. Posted: 3/12/05 at 3:10pmYes, I'm sorry Center STage, it's not opening until spring of 2007 at the Henry Miller Theatre on w. 43rd. I have not heard that Kiss rumour, but anything can happen. I'll keep you all posted. And I forgot to report this before: the book will be written by John Caraffa. This will be his first book writing experience. He also recently made his directorial debut with broadway's newest smash hit (according to Mary Dennam) in GOOD VIBRATIONS. He is very excited to be able to write the script for this wonderful new show.
