From an insider-The sex scene was written in, but eventually cut. There was originally going to be a song written there, but Duff was having too much trouble, so the entire scene was cut. But munk, one last thing is on my mind. I heard Chalres Busch is in talks to be Menzel's standby/alternate (After hearing the role is just SO demanding). Any truth to this? My insider refuses to tell me.

wickedfan: You are absolutely correct. Charles Bush has been confirmed as Menzel's standby/understudy. He will performe the role on Wednesday and Saturday matinee's, because the role is so incredibly demanding.

Matt: No, George Hearn has nothing to do with this project. He is busy writing a new musical with Polly Bergen about the jungle. It will be performed at a dinner theatre in Boca Raton, Florida. No New York transfer is expected at this time.

Im sorry but you are all wrong. Its SHOSHANA! that will be in the show...Idina doesnt look enough like a man.
And on the cast recording beyonce will sing EVERY song! Including the showstopping sexist number "why women cant do anything." sung by Frankie (clint's character) And due to the fact that liza minneli was arested yesterday for attempting to stangle duff with a feather boa lindsay lohan will be writing the lyrics. Duff and lohan are willing to set aside their differences for a chance to work on this amazing show. Personally i think its because aaron carter will be playing the role of frankie. Lohan's lyrics will be stunning and moving. Take it from someone who owns her cd. Honestly...the third track on her cd "symptoms of you" ..."Im not ill. I dont need to take (pause) a (pause)pill." simply magical! I know ill be there opening night!

I need to immediately clarify something.

Wickedfiyeroofoz: Please, do not spread rumours about this. It's not funny for those of us involved. Everything you said in your post is absolutely incorrect, so let me clarify PLEASE. This has gotten out of hand.

-Shoshana has NOTHING to do with this show. It is Idina Menzel, and she looks plenty enough like a man.

-Beyonce will not sing every song on the cast recording - no plans of a cast recording have been announced. I understand that you're making a joke, but please - not only is it not funny, but it's wrong to be spreading false information about this show.

-LIZA WAS NOT ARRESTED YESTERDAY. She hit Duff over the head with a bottle of Jack and there is a restraining order. Had you read my previous posts, you would understand that Duff is still with the show - LIZA is not. Liza has been replaced by Carol Bayer Sager - that is a fact.

-Aaron Carter will be playing the role of Frankie? HAVE YOU NOT LISTENED TO ONE THING I SAID? The role of Frankie is being played by Jeff Bridges, how dare you spread rumours. Come on, kid.

-And no, you won't be there opening night because I will track you down and strip you of any privledges that you otherwise would have had with this show. I tolerate many things, but spreading FALSE INFORMATION about this amazing musical is not one of them.

SO FINALLY. LOHAN HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE SHOW. THERE IS NO SONG CALLED DEFYING LOHAN. Although that is a sad attempt at a joke on the behalf of WICKED, it's not funny, nor does it exist.

Because it's obviously inspired casting, Jim. This show is going to be AMAZING and Chenoweth will be BRILLIANT. I wouldn't be surprised if it earned her another Tony.

No - a petition will not help. It will be recorded on Duff's label as soon as the score is complete. It will be a 3 disc-set and retail for $75.99. It also comes with lyrics booklet handwritten by Duff, and signed by Menzel and Bridges. It's going to be amazing.

Why not? And if one does not care to see Menzel in the show, simply go on Wednesday or Saturday matinee's to see Charles Busch. My insider invited me to the last dress rehersal before previews, so I'm very excited! Yay 'Million Dollar Baby: The Musical'!
