I won't argue that at all. It's just that - why give them that out? Again, I'm a tattooed person, and you know the saying, maybe: "the difference b/w a tattooed person and one w/o tattoos? A tattooed person doesn't care if you don't have any"

He's a passing acquaintance of mine, though I haven't seen him in months, when none of this was evident. A sweet, simple guy, very easy to work with. My understanding was that he has had his sobriety for some time - and you're right - the rest doesn't matter. I wish him nothing but the best.

Since the discussion includes actors getting work with tattoos, I recently read an article where CBS prohibits any of their actor's/actresses to have tattoos. They made an exception for Jonny Lee Miller and the girl from NCIS. I found it to be odd at the time, that the network would do that. As I write this, LL Cool J has tattoos and his show I think is on CBS. Anybody else read the article and was it bs?

i dont understand tattoos to be honest, i mean i get tired of a pair of shoes after a year, i cant imagine i wouldnt get tired of a dated tattoo and thats permanant.

Curious, where does it say he found sobriety. The article mentions an AA slogan "Life on life's terms," but that doesn't necessarily mean he is in the program.

As for tattoos , I put them in in the same category as bumper stickers: They don't age will and eventually date you.
