Just don't take too many, and for god's sake, drink a lot of water.

And try to get to the gym, or go running or something while you're taking them. Even a few times a week...they're AMAZING.

I dropped weight - and then thought I was gonna die! I found other stuff since that helps without giving you heart palpitations. Very happy about that.
