I love the logic problems.
I am thinking about taking the LSAT soon.

Kerrie, I love Angel, but I think you should consider other Sarah McLachlan songs if you can. Angel is SO overdone! Maybe Adia?
I love Insensitive, too, though. I almost did this one for the love/anti-love week!
SP - you are of course right.
The statement "Only those who watch Degrassi is cool" would exclude all those who don't watch from being cool.
The statement "Anyone who watches is cool" by definition does not exclude everyone else who does not watch.
I just did the math and know that I don't watch Degrassi, mor many of the other programs watched by those who currently watch Degrassi, and in fact, was around for the first generation of Degrassi and did not watch it then. So based upon demographics, my age, and my entertainment habits and shopping tendencies, went with the probabilities are that I am not cool.
Unless of course I am playing with the parents of the kids who watch Degrassi - with them, maybe I have some hope of one day being cool. Especially if I wear my Grandpa's Fedora with the original "Ike" button. That would be cool.

I am EXTRA cool.
I am so uncool, I am not even 100% sure who that is!
Fedoras and "Ike" buttons are always cool, and all who can reference them are even cooler.
Well, it is all in the audience, isn't it!
Kerrie, if you want I can look for some female brit singers that I think your voice would fit? Just let me know.
Kerrie--Why don't you try "Across the Universe" by the Beatles? A lot of female singers have done their own interpretation of that song.

Or she could always go with a Spice Girls song.
Fiona Apple did a fantastic "Across the Universe"
She could, but the Spice Girl's songs are songs where you have to have multiple voice going at different times. Eh, I don't know. I want Kerrie to do a straight rock song instead of a bubblegum pop song. I know "Across the Universe" isn't straight rock, but I would still love her to do that song. But, I am still looking.

I'm listening to Rufus Wainwright's Across The Universe at the moment. I Am Sam soundtrack!! *loves*
Have you listened to Rufus Wainwright's cd called "Poses"? It is a GREAT cd and it has "Across the Universe" on it. I highly recommend it.

Oh yes, I LOVE that one.
penguin--In my opinion, Fiona Apple did the best version of that song after The Beatles. I can listen to it all day!!
So, what is everyone else doing or thinking of doing?

I, for one, would love to hear some Elvis Costello. Maybe "Alison"? *bats eyelashes*
OMG! Someone could totally do an Elvis Costello song, AND a Diana Krall song. One's British, the other's Canadian, and they're MARRIED!!

Kerrie doing a Fiona-esque version of "Across the Universe" literally makes me swoon.
I really think that would be FANTASTIC!
As do I (Well, I AM the one that suggested it
)
I've never heard the song before... I'd love to do something to make you guys swoon, though.
I just barely have the time to record songs, I'm not sure if I can learn a whole new song.. Spidey, can you send it to me?
You have never heard that song!
Wow.
It's possible I have heard it before.. I'm not sure..
Right now I'm strongly leaning toward "Uninvited" by Alanis for my Canadian song.
I'd love to do "On My Own," but I'm going to wait a few days to see if my throat is back to normal before attempting it. Last thing I need is to blow a cord when my voice is already tired
