Is it really necessary to "set an example" with 4 imbeciles who thought it would be funny to squirt him with water though? It's all a little OTT. I am not saying it was excusable but his overreaction is ridiculous.

Nothing precious, plain to see, don't make a fuss over me. Not loud, not soft, but somewhere inbetween. Say sorry, just let it be the word you mean.

His overreaction? If that same thing happened to anyone on the street, I wouldn't be surprised if they punched out the guy who did it. I'm sure that people have gotten murdered for less. THAT is overreaction.

How do people feel about those folks who throw pies in Ann Coulter's face? People hate what she says and stands for and try to publicly humiliate her by via a good ole cream pie.

I've never actually liked Tom Cruise as an actor. And I find him rather creepy as a person...or, rather, persona. But once he crossed the line into declaring that psychiatry and medication are dangerous and should be avoided, he himself became dangerous. So you can't imagine someone wanting to publicly humiliate him? Not that that's what this incident was about.

The person who squirted water at Tom Cruise did a very stupid and childish thing. Maybe he(the person who squirted the water) should go back to elementary school and learn a lesson in manners. I'm glad that Tom Cruise said something to him. I would have too.
