Posted: 3/26/08 at 11:36amI had serious depression and anxiety which I treated with Bach FLower essences (Homeopathy) and cognitive therapy. I was truly in a bad way and thought my life was over and that I would just die. And now I am so much better. I wanted to avoid taking the Lexapro and Xanax I was prescibed -- drugs are hard to get off of.
