Verna Felton (Gossipy Elephant in Dumbo, Flora in Sleeping Beauty, Fairy Godmother in Cinderella, the Queen of Hearts in Alice in Wonderland, Aunt Sarah in Lady and the Tramp, and an Elephant in The Jungle Book):

You left out one of my favorite "villains":
Geraldine Page (Madame Medusa), who was later, to my eyes, unmatchable as Carrie Watts in The Trip to Bountiful.
