Well, maybe I have Stockholm Syndrome, because I'm still in.
I agree it was lacking the dean, but I truly forgot all about Chang tonight.
I had kind of hoped Shirley was going to give in at the focus group, and some of her influence would be seen on the American Inspector Spacetime, because I do think she was truly wasted in this episode.
I really liked the dynamic shift with Britta and Troy and Troy and Abed. I liked the fact that I forgot what a rockin' bod Donald Glover has, so that was a nice surprise.
I liked Britta's tutoring Troy in the ways of being a psycho ex-girlfriend.
I like Tricia Helfer's name, because I want to say Tricia Heifer, because heifer is one of my favorite words.
However, I do love how in that world, the ramblings of one crazy old man is cause to completely reboot a 60 year old tv show.

My new fantasy is now that Chevy Chase is gone, maybe Dan Harmon will come back and/or it will go to another network or whatever, and then he can come back and tell the story the way he wants to and then some people can just not consider the fourth season canon if that makes them feel better.
Wouldn't it be awesome if he came back and they just did ignored this whole season? And I say that as someone who has enjoyed this season so far.
Tricia Heifer!

This is the second time I've seen Luke Perry in something recently (was it Raising Hope) and he looks fine as hell, too I think. It took me a second to realize that was Jennie Garth.
Yeah, Raising Hope. He wanted to see her 9021"O"- face
Anyways, GIF TIME

Middle age looks good on him! Wasn't he middle aged on 90210, too?

Where do you find the new gifs so fast? It's been so long since there were new Community gifs, I forgot all the places I used to find them!
Tumblr, but Tumblr has gotten weird lately where you have to scroll past a lot of old ones to find new ones. Maybe it's different for Tumblr users

Thanks. I actually have a tumblr, where the gifs and photoshops I make go to die, but I'm so inept at using it. I was just thinking earlier tonight how tumblr makes me feel like a little old man.
I was talking to a friend about Community and how Emmy-worthy this wonderful show is. The talk turned to what episodes (in a perfect world where shows like Community could be recognized) would be the submission for each actor.
Just off the top of my head, I went with...
Joel McHale: 'Documentary Filmmaking: Redux'
Danny Pudi: I'd have to go with 'Critical Film Studies', even though it showed the least amount of "Weird Abed".
Alison Brie: 'Regional Holiday Music', hands down. Her Christmas song is one of my favorite moments.
Gillian Jacobs: I'm pulling a Britta and am blanking on anything great, but possibly 'Studies In Modern Movement' or 'Custody Law and Eastern European Diplomacy'. I actually really love Britta, but can't think of any Britta-centric episodes that would work. I also love her in 'Remedial Chaos Theory' (Roooooxanne).
Donald Glover: 'Intermediate Documentary Filmmaking'
Jim Rash: 'Documentary Filmmaking: Redux' and 'Conspiracy Theories and Interior Design' ("Would that this desk were a time desk!")
Ken Jeong: Can't really think of anything
Yvette Nicole Brown: Not all that sure. Maybe 'The Science of Illusion' or 'Foosball and Nocturnal Vigilantism'
Chevy Chase: None.
Any ideas?

Definitely the Foosball episode for Shirley.
Maybe "Geography of Global Conflict" for Britta? Actually, I think that would be a good one for her and Chang.
In GOOD news, tvbythenumbers (which is hardly ever wrong) says COMMUNITY has a good shot at being renewed for a 4th season!!
Phyllis, that is a very good Britta episode. Chang is kind of hit or miss for me, but I did enjoy his whole stopping-Britta's-protest bit.
Jordan, do you mean it might be renewed for a 5th Season or that it would extend the current (4th) Season? Either way, that's totally streets ahead!

Chang is hit or miss (more miss than hit) for me, too.
I would do such a happy dance if that happened. After it was pushed back in October, I kind of resigned myself to the fact that it probably won't go past these 13 episodes. But if we got anything more, I'd be thrilled.

This was probably my least favorite of the season so far. Not a bad episode, but just okay. I liked the callbacks to the myriad times the gang used the study room for ridiculous purposes.
Wynbish, the nice German is cute, but they're just not the same without Nick Kroll.
I felt like so much of the episode was just a setup for the usual Winger speech
WHAT?!!?! I absolutely LOVED this episode! I've watched it twice already!!
I hope you didn't re-watch it for more of the hot German, because DIBS
