Addams Family Volume 1 comes out next month. No idea how many episodes on it

Well, Mr. Roxy, it's a little strange. They're releasing it as "Volume One," which is a nice way of saying "it ain't the complete first season."
They are releasing the first 22 (out of 34) from Season 1. I have no idea why they are doing this.
This "volume" also includes two featurettes, a commentary and some karaoke, for what it's worth.
Personally, I wish somebody would release "The Mothers-In-Law" with Eve Arden and Kaye Ballard.
The reason they are doing it is simple. They can make more money if they do it this way
There is a website which sells DVD's of the whole series of many series. I have to find it again
...and those would be bootlegs, Mr. Roxy, at least of The Addams Family TV Series.
This is the only "legit" release of those chronological episodes. "Volume One" (22 eps. from the first season)
I would love to see Ally McBeal on DVD. Also, I'm a big fan of David Rappaport, and his TV series The Wizard, from the 80's, was really adorable. They should put that one out as well.
Yes I just remembered someone on the board told me about these once & they are indeed bootlegs
I will wait for the legit ones
I'll buy the legitimate ones when they come out---until then I make do...
Family is being released!!!
The show that made me gay.
Wait Wait Wait!
"made me gay"
I thought the backbone of the whole Gays deserve equal treatment lobby was that being homosexual is something you're born with (which I personally believe)
So how could a TV show MAKE you gay?
Oh don't make me explain the whole coming-to-realization-by-seeing-Kristy-McNichol-onscreen thing.
Kristy gave her her first "girl boner."
dont be so literal, Draco.
eh, Rath knows I'm just yanking her chain
:)
Rathy---Are you sure it wasn't Sada Thompson?
And doodle---"girl boner?"
*winces*
I think I will copyright that phrase b12b.
For me it was Burt Reynolds on Dinah!
Oh, I can "geek" you one better, doodle... mine was "Capt. Kirk" on Star Trek.
was it the wraparound shirt that got ya, twelvy?
No... the lack of it.
Please release WKRP in Cincinnati. And the Chris Isaak Show.
okay, I will. I have the power.
:)
No, Twelvy. And shut up.
How dare you, insinuate that Sada isnt boner worthy, Rath!!!
Doughy is the new thin.
Mine was Richard Greico in 21 Jump Street...No offense, Tony Dow (with the blond highlights).
I didn't insinuate that at all.
But if I used such a crass expression, my "boner" was Kristy-inspired.
my mistake, dear. I thought the "shut up" at twelvy was thinly veiled repulsion for Sada.
