Daria was definitely my favorite.
When I see the phrase "the ____ estate", I imagine a vast mansion in the country full of monocled men and high-collared women receiving letters about productions across the country and doing spit-takes at whatever they contain.

Season two of ABC Family's Pretty Little Liars starts on June 14th and that show is really, really good!
I would say Greek is great as well, but it just ended.
As for ultimate, I have no idea!

It's sad that I've probably seen most mainstream teen soaps that have aired since I was in 8th grade to present day. Not exactly proud but its my guilty pleasure. But favorite? I don't know if I can pick. Dawsons was my first real obsession. 90210 a classic. All the Sat morning comedies. Daria rocked my world. One Tree Hill wasnt bad in the beginning (I had a huge crush on CMM when he was Tristen on GG so i was excited to see him in something else). I loved the show Jack & Bobby, though that got axed during it's first season.
When I think about it - probably Sweet Valley High lol.

Seconded on Misfits. Love that series. Have not seen the new group on Skins yet but I enjoyed the first two generations even if it got very soapy.
But The OC and original 90210 are my picks.

"Dang Doodle, you're old!"
NICE!
In syndication, smartass!
Actually would probably say "The Partridge Family" since it was rarely about Tracy, Kris, Shirley or Ruben.
And for the record, I was NOT a teenager when it was on!

The Facts of Life will always hold a special place in my heart. My So Called Life and Freeks and Geeks were other favorites. I was also really into Felicity.
And as corny as they were, I LOVED Blossom and Charles in Charge.

I never got into My So Called Life or Felicity. I was more of a Buffy/Angel/Charmed chick.
As far as "older" shows go I always enjoyed Gidget and Happy Days.
CW has a new series coming in the fall that I'm interested in. The Secret Circle is a trilogy of novels written by LJ Smith (who also wrote the Vampire Diaries). I loved The Secret Circle in high school and have read all three books more than once. Of the five LJ Smith series Secret Circle was my favorite with Forbidden Game coming in a close second. And as much as I like Forbidden Game I don't think it would translate to TV well but Dark Visions would IMO. LJ's remaining series Night World would also be good for TV because unlike the other four it's more than three (or in DV's came four) books.

I don't know if you would consider it a "teen series" but Joan of Arcadia.

Freaks & Geeks is on IFC all the time. I was too young to watch it when it first ran but it is so great. It is paired with another canceled too early show Undeclared (also developed by Judd Apatow like F&G). It's college but I remember watching all of its airing on FOX and enjoying every moment of it. And speaking of Freaks & Geeks, no mention of The Wonder Years?
Friday Night Lights has great teen sub-plots and I actually enjoyed the East Dillon characters in the more recent seasons as much the original Dillon Panthers. But still, the real centers of that show are Coach Eric and Tammi Taylor who are so real as a couple.

I too loved My So Called Life. I was so disappointed when it got canceled. I used to watch practically everything on the CW, which used to be the WB. My favorite from there was Everwood. There are so many other shows I liked as well.
