Defying Gravity is pretty bad. I thought it would be Kurt's solo but, once again, Rachel takes over. Yawn.

Now that I think about it, the only songs that I like are "Somebody to Love", "Keep Holding On", "Don't Stop Believing", "Alone", and "Maybe This Time". I'm hoping Vol 2 is better than Vol 1.

Sitting through that version of Defying Gravity causes me to listen Idina Menzel gasp her way through it so I can get the bad taste out of my mouth.

I looked at that Glee recording track listing and just cringed. I'm not sure how you people can take that show, but I guess we like what we like and that's that.

Oh my god, I just listened to some clips from that awful album. How can you guys listen to that and not want to vomit? The auto-tune makes them sound like robots singing and the song list choice and the bonus songs seem so calculated, it's as if that show is done by some sort of corporate committee. Don't you prefer something with more humanity?

I really wish they could have included the "Halo/Walking On Sunshine" mashup. That was my favorite song so far. But, I understand why they probably can't.

Glad to hear it went well. I'm not going to the one by me today since matt won't be there. I like the cast, and Puck is pretty to look at, but without my man it is pointless to resist temptation of killing rabid fan girls.

I went by Target yesterday and got the CD with the bonus tracks. I've listened to it a few times and figured out a few things....

I really don't like Finn's voice. I am tone deaf and know NOTHING about singing but I just still dont like the sound of it.

Defying Gravity?? Shoot me. Hopefully it will not annoy me so much in the context of the show, but I was not fond of this arrangement.

And yay for bonus tracks!!! Two of them are my favorite from the whole CD!

I'm not a huge fan of Finn's voice either. I'd much rather listen to Puck and...o man, I'm blanking on the wheel chair fella's name...well, him anyways.

Glee the soundtrack Volume 2, comes out on december 8th. Its up on amazon for pre order, it also lists the songs that are going to be on volume 2

The autotune is depressing, but I'll never not love this ridiculous show and its ridiculous music choices. It's like they filmed me and my friend's fandom injoke playlists. (Which is probably why it doesn't make good TV to a lot of people. But I don't need good TV, I need TV that I love.)
