From what I have heard about West Hollywood and the attitude I have experienced from people who live there (When they have visited Denver.) you really aren't going to get much of a "break" if you hang out in Chelsea gay bars. I find it fun to go to a gay bar or two when traveling but, especially in NYC, there is so much more to do. But then I am not 23 anymore.

I, for one, have never been interested in Sex and The City.Actually being forced to sit through SATC2 was one of the worst movie experiences I've had. So, no, we do not think we are ladies from SATC. We're one gay dude and one lesbian from Los Angeles. We heard there is a bar Monday night that plays show tunes, and we're ecstatic to visit it. And PalJoey: I am so confused on what you mean by bronx is up, the battery's down? Thank again you guys for the help!

I think the bar with Showtunes is "Splash". I hear it is fun. And PalJoey is referencing lyrics, quite iconic ones at that, from a song found in the movie "On the Town".

Edit: Oh, and the Bronx is up and the battery is down! Look at a map of the city and you will understand.
