Just wondering.

I am not, but we were considering going to the Pride Parade this year. We have not been since our oldest was a baby.
I will just so happen to be in Chicago during the Gay Games, so I'm going to try to go to something. Last time I was in Chicago, I got invited to the rugby team's party, but sadly, I couldn't go.
When are they? I love chicago... all I need is a excuse.
I will be doing me best to get there... Hopefully!
I'll be there. I'm playing volleyball with Team New York. It will be my first time to Chicago so I'm looking forward to it.
July 15-22

Good luck ErikJ972. I will most likely go to as much of the VB competition as possible. Schedule permitting that is.

This will be my 6th Gay Games.
I swim for Team NY Aquatics.
See you there.
The rowing competition is going to be on a lake by my house, so I'll try and be there.
Is it wrong that my biggest worry is getting to and from work on those days? The el is gonna be PACKED.
I may be going to the parade Sunday, but I haven't decided yet. Large crowds really freak me out sometimes.
Well then, now I know what events to see.
Will either of you be competing on July 16 in the morning?

I'm definitely going. Let me know if you all want to meet and have a big BWW cheering section.
ETF: drunken spelling
Wasn't there a big hoo-hah about the rowing competition being held there?
I don't know exactly when I'll be competing yet. Competition starts the morning of the 16th but we don't know what time we'll be playing, or even if we're playing that day yet.
vbplayer-Yes. For months there were debates about whether or not we should allow it to be held here. Personally, I was for it, but people were all up in arms about it not being morally right.
Why do people have to create havoc on a sporting event. I don't get it. Anyway I'm glad they decided to let it go. I did see a lot of support from people who live there on the evening news.
I would love to get there to lend support.
My ex will be playing tennis and a former Joffrey dancer will be running. Alas I'll not be in town.
