The idea of the US taking Greenland by force is so absurd and so dangerous, and so unpopular including with practically all Trump European allies, that I find it hard to believe it will happen. I hope I’m not wrong.

Even if Denmark were to agree to sell Greenland at this point, it will be under the threat of force, and therefore not a legitimate transaction by any stretch of the imagination.
If the US were to take over Greenland, would it be allowed to continue as a self-governing territory with an elected legislature? (Extraordinarily unlikely.) Would it have voting representation in the U.S. Congress like it does in the Danish parliament? (Absolutely not.)

Where is this money coming from? Greenlanders get $100k each but most Americans can't afford groceries, health insurance or the monthly rent/mortgage!!!

Yeah, we've known that for over 20 years. You have demanded us to do this post after post after post. YOU email them. YOU stand outside of the White House and protest. YOU do something instead of demanding people you don't even know to do these things, clearly not understanding people have their own problems and own complicated lives. Nothing will come of emailing about that amendment.
He is a child rapist. He has raped over 75 women. He has committed war crimes. He has committed financial crimes. He started an insurrection and laughed as his VP was almost killed. He should be in jail for 5 consecutive lifetimes if you add up all the felonies he has committed. Yet he is not in prison and he has told masked, nameless people to kill American Citizens, unprovoked, in America because they did not vote for him. He has pulled essential funding from every state that did not vote for him. All illegal acts. If he was not White Christian Straight and Male he would have been in prison since the 1980s. But yep, a massive chain email will totally change these things!
Until that man is shot to death or dies naturally, the weak, sad members of both parties in Washington and around the world will do nothing due to fear of losing everything. The 25th Amendment isn't invoked by Lawmakers, it's his own Cabinet which means it's not getting invoked. Ever. This country really failed in putting up guard rails or means of removal during the course of the presidency in a Mad King and Loyal Court situation. The people have literally no legal recuse to end the administration besides waiting it out.

Don't ever tell a woman what to do in 2026 America. We are already fighting for our f*cking lives and I have rescued myself thousands of times. I have been unhoused. I am a domestic violence survivor. My abuser is in prison. I volunteer at DV shelters weekly. Trump has stripped so much funding they have to turn women and girls away daily. My beautiful 20-year-old cousin died in Louisiana 6 months ago because they refused to give her an abortion because it's completely illegal. She died on the table. I spent 3 weeks there protesting in that hell hole of a state. I go to DC every single month on the train from NYC to protest in every possible way. I have met with local, state, and federal politicians. I know what works and emails do not. You do not know me or understand how devastating it is to lose the country you love and fight for so much every single day.
Shut the f*ck up, continue to do f*ck all, and don't EVER talk to me again.

This is the same woman who said Jay Lerner-Z threatened to kill her which was a lie. She sent me PM over a year ago that was a vile rant and sounded like a person who was unhinged. You will join me and others who she has blocked, and you will be glad she did. She has been sarcastically nicknamed "America's Sweetheart" on this board because of her nasty posts and insults of other posters. Many believe she is protected by the "mods" on this board because she gets away with posting things nobody else would get away with.
