I want the Dr. Shepards to stay together too. I'm so glad Addison didn't show up at the bar.

"I know I'm not a world-renowned surgeon and I know I'm not a lot of things you've gone for in the past. I know. But, I would never leave you. I would never hurt you. And I will never stop loving you. "

That quote gave me chills. And I know I'm just going to want to kill Meredith after next week's episode when she breaks his heart. I really do like Meredith, though.

Every single one of these episodes is great!

I want Mer to be with McDreamy. I was really hoping Addison would show up at the bar, even though I knew she wouldn't.

I think the fact that we all want different things means the characters are realistic, which I like about the show. It's not as if we're being made to see one woman as the "villian" in the love triangle between Meredith and the Shepards.

Elphie, I agree. Usually it's so obvious who the writers will have end up together. But life's not like that.

NewGirl, I don't think Meredith equates love with sex. I think she uses sex as a comfort...like how some people use alcohol. That's why she kept having all those one-nighters with a bunch of guys after she had to end it with McDreamy.

Think about it. She already has a dying mother and an extremely exhausting job. In this one day she finds out her mom cheated on her father, sees her father after 20 years and things don't go as she had hoped, and the McDreamy wound has been ripped open again. George was just in the right (wrong) place at the right (wrong) time.

I do feel horrible for him and it's going to be sad that his heart is broken, but he chose to go in there knowing that she had no feelings for him.

I think they are both at fault here, but most everyone will blame Meredith.

Seriously. There needs to be an episode where George's brother comes to visit, and that part needs to go to me. Like...every single thing he said this week, my friends that I watch with just looked at me like "I'm pretty sure you have said most of those things, and if not, then it is definitely something I can see you saying". He makes the show for me.

Does anyone know where I can find a clip of the preview for next weeks episode? In Canada, they didn;t show a preview, sadly, and I really love to see what happens. I tried the abc site and gogle but so far nothing.

okay, so, anyways, elphie, i totally agree with you. I never would have through Preston and Christina would get together, but they did (and i love them, btw!) Same for Alex and Izzie. (i mean, i'd ALWAYS thought that they'd make a great couple-but i never thought that the writers would *actually* agree with me later on!) this show is full of surprises, and what's even better is that they're all surgeons. i can never look at a doctor the same! haha

Aww I love Meredith!

She definitely has her..problems, and she can be pretty damn whiny, but as much as I hate that she took advantage of George, I can kind of see where she was coming from.
