That was amazing! Poor girl, I can't believe that he just left her there.
I love how Burke was visibly shaking after she took her hand out and ran off. That was great acting.

Posted: 2/5/06 at 11:34pmGrey's Anatomy is officially the best show on TV. That episode was just... whoa. I cannot wait... agh!

Posted: 2/5/06 at 11:34pmWell, I think they just kind of killed the suspense. It was a great episode, but am I supposed to believe that there is a possibility that the thing will explode killing or maiming Grey? They just gonna change the name to "Anatomy?" Sure, she could be a one armed doctor, but that was already on ER and we saw how that ended for Romano.

This show is amazing though.

Posted: 2/5/06 at 11:48pmYeah, but EVERYONE (even the audience) hated romano, so it wasn't a bad thing when the helicopter fell on him.

I loved the first few minutes, just because you know it was made directly for the guys to not change the channel after the show (much like Alias' big lingerie show a couple of years back)! Too funny. What annoys me is all along I thought this was going to be a stand-alone episode, so now we gotta wait!
And I love that there's a big spoiler block on this show, because the reveals are just too good! And the show just rocks, period. And George must be my husband...

Holy smokes, what an awesome episode!!
I didn't get home until it already started - what's the deal with Christina Ricci's character? Why was the guy on the gurney admitted, what does holding onto the bomb have to do with keeping it from detonating, and if you need to be holding onto it, who was holding it when the guy first came into the hospital? And how does Christina Ricci fit into it?
I can't WAIT until Sunday!!!

SPOILERS SPOILERS SPOILERS
SPOILERS SPOILERS SPOILERS
SPOILERS SPOILERS SPOILERS
YOU'VE BEEN WARNED SPOILERS
The man and his brother has built a WW2 era anti-tank Bazooka and were "re-enacting" Well it didn't work so he went in front of it to see what was wrong and it went off. The shell, unexploded, lodged in his chest cavity. Christina Ricci's character, a paramedic that had only been on the job for 2 weeks wasn't aware of the dange, and to stop the bleeding (apparently the only way left) was to stick her hand in his chest (through the gapping hole) and put direct pressure on the ruptured artery. Apparently, her hand was keeping the shell from moving, and thus shifting, which would apparently cause it to explode.
there you go. hope that helps.

wow, holy crap. I've never seen this show before but the commercials made this episode seem interesting so I recorded it.
Man, I probably don't have room on my TiVo for another season pass! There's too many shows I'm addicted to... and now this one!?!
This episode was amazing and I don't even have a clue about the characters. I can't wait for next week.
