I think they are better than frozen. They sell it in any supermarket. Manishewitz baby. Yep.. the same people that make that wine that tastes like medicine gone bad.

My mom is making them on Wednesday for a Channukah party. Best to leave the skin on the Potato when you make them, and with just a bit of pepper. Then top them with some applesauce and sourcream.
