Well, this is it - The week that we have been impatiently waiting for. According to rottentomatoes.com it is currently at 97% with it's reviews and, if it stays this course, it is looking to be the best reviewed of the series.
Are you excited yet, because I sure am.
uhm, yes. Dork confession: I just graduated college and we had to buy our cap and gown, which were maroon. I'm turning my gown into a Quidditch robe and wearing it to the midnight show :)
YES!!! *applauds*
I can't wait!! I have enjoyed every Harry Potter movie. SOOO excited it's finally here!
I'm majorly excited, but I'm not sure when I'm going to get to see it!!
Our fingerprints don't fade from the lives we touch.
Puppies are babies in fur coats.
Tinfoil...The Terrorizing Terminator
I am going to try my hardest to see it this Friday but it is not a pay weekend so I will have to gather up some quarters.
I actually have an awesome Quidditch costume somewhere in basement storage, but I don't have the time, money, or sufficiently nerdy friends to go see it this week. I'm just going to have to go with family in August.
I am ridiculously excited for this movie. I've felt like there was something missing from my life since the book series ended.
My parents pre-ordered tickets for me, my brother, and my sister for the day it comes out, but they have a strict no-dress-up rule in case they see see someone they know. So I might see it again later with friends and dress up as Rita Skeeter.
Every time I see a commercial or trailer for this, I get chills. This movie looks FANTASTIC and I can't wait to see it.

Yes! So excited. Totally went and hung around at the premiere (which was crazy crowded with fans)on Thursday, and got to see some of the actors, thanks to a strategically placed barricade.
Already have tickets to the midnight showing at the Ziegfeld, can't wait. If it wasn't the middle of the summer, I would totally wear my Ravenclaw scarf, but yeah, not quite the right weather.
So excited to go to a midnight showing tomorrow!

I am really excited. I got my tickets to see on IMAX weeks ago.
I will probably hate it. I usually do. The last HP film I really liked was Prisoner of Azkaban, and I am not pleased with a particular omission in the ending, but I try and approach each film with optimism.
I'm excited for this. We've waited long enough for it. I don't know when I'm going to get to it though. I need money first!!
This should probably go in the "unpopular opinions you hold" thread (lol), but I personally don't like the 3rd movie nearly as much as a lot of people seem to. It's not necessarily that I mind the "darker" tones or anything like that, I just don't think it's all it's cracked up to be. I tend to like each new film better than the previous ones.
Oh Jessica? Best. Post. Ever.
And Warner Brothers? Please don't give a 9-month stagger of movie releases ever, ever again. Twilight, psh.

Are they filming both Deathly Hallows together? Also are they spacing them out like regular movies or close together?

I'm so excited and I've been planning to see it on Wednesday, but I don't know if I have anyone to watch it with anymore. I'm probably gonna wear my Gryffindor shirt.
SO excited for this film.
And CellBlockTango: they're filming both movies together, and releasing them I think six months apart.
ala Lord of the Rings
Bought my tickets for midnight yesterday. The movies have never measured up to the books, and after Order of the Phoenix, I'm trying to go in with no expectations, but what little I've seen looks good.
The only way to see this will be in Imax 3 D
Mrs R is a big Potter fan so we will try & see it this weekend & take advantage of restaurant week.
Mrs. R is a Pot head.
LOL, sorry Roxy I had too.
Yes she is & proud of it
I can't wait! I'll probably go with the hubby this weekend.
I saw a sneak preview (for charity) last night! It was GREAT! It's my favorite book of the series, so I'm picky about lots of details and one big thing they left out. But I absolutely loved all the relationships between the kids, Snap, and lots of other things!
