ooh thank you for not writing what it actually was :) I'm not super anti-spoiler but I'm trying to keep away from reviews until I see it.

Posted: 7/14/09 at 12:27amTomorrow morning at 9am my dad and I will be at our local movie theatre watching a Harry Potter MARATHON. All five movies (capped off at the end with the newest one at midnight) with lunch and dinner provided. It's going to be EPIC.

I went to a pre-screening tonight, and I loved it! Some of the alterations really bugged me, but its such a breathe of fresh air from the darkness of the past 3 movies! Of course there were the dramatic parts, but there was a wonderful, uplifting tone to most of it that really makes you think there could be hope for them. All in all I thought it was a great addition to the movies, especially since OOTP wasn't one of my favorites.
Also, it really sets it up for you that the final films will go out with a huge bang.

Posted: 7/14/09 at 12:41amI'm so excited! I won't see it until Wednesday evening, but that's life. The fourth is my favorite movie so far, but I have relatively high hopes for this one (if only because this book didn't resonate with me as much, so I won't have unrealistic expectations).

Posted: 7/14/09 at 9:47amThis is probably going to come back and bite me in the butt tomorrow at work, but I just bought tickets to the midnight showing tonight. That means I am going to have to take a long nap when I get home from work if I am going to manage any kind of functionality tomorrow. But, excited nonetheless.

Posted: 7/14/09 at 10:03amI wanted to read the book again before I see it but I don't think that will happen. Think I may go get my ticket today for tomorrow.

Posted: 7/14/09 at 2:11pmI'm actually quite excited! One of the main reasons I wanted to see it was because me and my brother are totally going to screw people over by shouting some spoilers for the people who just watched the movies (because we are immature and it will be hilarious as heck to us), but I think my inner Harry Potter geek will be released once again when I watch the movie. I was a huge fan for awhile, so who knows what will happen after I see this movie tommorow...

Thank God, I won't be at that movie theater, because I would throw my shoe at you (even if I DO know the spoilers)

...that would hurt. So I am also thankful you won't be at my theatre! xD
Still, right excited about this. I just hope my parents don't have a problem with me going... they actually banned me from Harry Potter growing up because of the witchcraft and such (our family is Christian, and so am I, but c'mon, seriously?). But now I'm sixteen and they gave me permission to get a tattoo, so I'm assuming they'll let me see a childrens movie.

Seriously, how disrespectful.
That doesn't just ruin the movie for the people who don't know the spoilers, but it ruins the movie for EVERYONE in the theater and pulls them out of the story.
I hope you do get a shoe to your head.

...I'm sorry. It wasn't my intention to be disrespectful. I guess I should have thought of that... and for people who love the movies I shouldn't ruin their experience. Should have thought about it beforehand, again I'm sorry.
And on another note, I'm still so pumped to see this movie. It seems like it'll be fantastic.
