Our national anthem is such an ugly piece of work. I still think we should replace it with "America The Beautiful."

A huge missed opportunity for Major League Baseball. Can you imagine how nuts the place would have gone if as she's standing waiting to be introduced, John Travolta pops out of the dugout to introduce her.

I hate to break it to you, but God only gets one reference in the Constitution or the amendments. In the part where they signed it, they wrote the date as "Seventeenth Day of September in the Year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and Eighty seven"

Since it isn't a religious reference, I'm OK with that one staying.

Where are people seeing it? I either get "page missing", "video removed" or "video is not available in your country" (USA???) The Forever Young video works fine. But cannot find the anthem one anywhere.

I'm pleasantly surprised re: the National Anthem. Idina's singing voice is an acquired taste imho. Not an easy song to pull off period.

Not a single mention of the recently deceased Tony Gwynn, a fifteen-time All-Star, five-time Gold Glove Winner, seven-time Silver Slugger winner, eight-time batting Champion, Roberto Clemente award winner, first ballot Hall Of Famer.
