We've done "Sweet Charity", "Man of La Mancha", and "AIDA: Student Edition". "Beauty and the Beast", "A Funny Thing...Forum", and "Jekyll and Hyde" are coming up in the next 5 months.

My high school is doing Guys and Dolls, I know the high school across the street is doing Godspell, and another one is doing Gypsie.

Posted: 1/30/06 at 12:50pmWe're doing A Funny Thing Happened On the Way to the Forum. We open Feb 16th! :) We're semi-ready. Act 2 will be finished being blocked by the end of this week, and then we just have to work on memorizing lines, blockings, songs, dances, etc.

Posted: 1/30/06 at 1:16pmI don't know if we're doing one this year. It's kind of upsetting, becaus ewe would normally be starting rehearsals already, and as of right now there hasn't evne been a mention of it. We were supposed to be doing either Guys & Dolls or Aida.

The Wizard of Oz,(Wicked Witch) an not the movie version, we have already started rehearsing and we don't open until the second week of March I am oin to be so tired of this by the time I get an audience full of little kids to sare, adaccording to my drama teacher we're gonna have to get plastic seat covers

We've done Little Shop, Joseph and Fiddler on the Roof the past few years, but this year we did 'A Christmas Carol'.
I was a bit dissapointed with it, personally. I was the Ghost of Christmas Present, which was a great role, but it was a weak cast and a rushed production (we had about two months to pull it together)
Eh, sometimes you just have a year or two that's really lacking in talent.
